Research On The Classification Framework Of Five-Body Syndrome Differentiation Based On The Five-Body Theory Of Chinese Medicine

Objective : The purpose of this topic is to obtain a set of clear five-body dialectical classification framework by sorting out the relevant content of the five-body.The framework is to use the five-body as the outline,the actual situation as the purpose of the classification framework,the five-body syndrome differentiation of the content of systematic classification research,in order to achieve the initial construction of internal and external communication of the classification framework.Including from the five-body related symptoms,identify the five-body syndrome,select the corresponding treatment,so as to select the appropriate specific treatment prescription.Methods : Using literature research.Taking ancient Chinese medicine works such as ‘Huangdi Neijing ’,‘Treatise on Febrile Diseases’,‘Synopsis of the Golden Chamber ’,‘ Warm Diseases Distinguishing ’,‘ Miscellaneous Diseases Originating from Rhinoceros ’,‘ Golden Mirror of Medicine ’ as the research objects,excerpting the content of the discussion on the five-body organization,and interpreting the connotation of the relevant provisions with the help of modern college textbooks such as‘Basic Theory of Traditional ’,‘Chinese Medicine’,‘Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine ’,‘ Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine ’ and so on.The selected content includes but is not limited to the provisions and prescriptions,and the content is divided into two aspects :physiological pathology and syndrome type.Firstly,the physiological function and pathological characteristics are summarized to provide theoretical basis for the study of five-body syndrome differentiation.Secondly,from the ‘TCM symptom differential diagnosis’,the name of the symptoms now in the five body is selected and analyzed.Finally,the types of five-body syndrome and treatment were preliminarily sorted out,and the etiology,location and pathogenesis of the syndrome were analyzed one by one,including the differential diagnosis between syndrome types and the addition and subtraction of individual prescriptions.Results : In this study,the content of the five-body organization was extracted from ancient books,and the five-body dialectical classification framework was constructed after sorting and classifying.A total of 41 syndromes of five-body tissue alone and 35 syndromes of five-body tissue were included.Conclusion :(1)Five-body tissue has a certain degree of independence Five-body as a part of the human body has a certain degree of independence in physiology and pathology.’Yizong Jinjian ’ also has different additions and subtractions for five-body arthralgia,such as ’ skin arthralgia plus astragalus or cassia twig,skin vein arthralgia plus turmeric or safflower,muscle arthralgia plus kudzu root or white angelica root,tendon arthralgia plus antelope horn or adding Dipsacus asper,bone arthralgia plus tiger bone or dog ridge ’.These contents can not be derived from the viewpoint that the five-body belongs to the five-zang organs,and it is also a verification of the independence of the five-body itself,which is different from the viscera.(2)The five-body syndrome differentiation has a complementary effect on the syndrome differentiation system The proposal of five-body syndrome differentiation is a favorable move to enrich the content of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system.However,five-body syndrome differentiation can only appear as a supplement to the syndrome differentiation system.Because the five-body tissue itself is only a part of the body,the five-body disease cannot cover all human diseases.The research on the classification framework of five-body syndrome differentiation is to supplement the lack of systematic theoretical guidance in the clinical treatment of five-body tissue.Therefore,compared with visceral syndrome differentiation and six-meridian syndrome differentiation,five-body syndrome differentiation is a supplement to the current syndrome differentiation classification method.(3)The use of five-body syndrome differentiation classification framework for partial table,partial empirical.In the actual occurrence of the five-body organization,or a single organization is sick,or several organizations are sick at the same time.Although the five-body syndrome also has the syndrome of internal syndrome.Such as skin disease in the performance of skin nail wrong,dark,accompanied by skin sensory disorders of skin blood stasis syndrome.However,in general,the types of five-body syndromes are more empirical than deficiency syndromes,and external syndromes are more than internal syndromes.Most of the five body disease syndromes are partial table and partial empirical category.The types of traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment mostly belong to the list of relieving drugs listed in ’ Chinese materia medica ’,especially skin diseases.
