Clinical Study On Jian Pi Jie Yu Decoction In Diarrhoeal Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Liver And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Jian Pi Jie Yu Decoction on IBS-D(LIDS),and provide new ideas for clinical.Methods: 72 patients with IBS-D from the Department of Digestive of The First and Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Academy of TCM were stochastically divided into the therapy team(36 cases)and the control team(36 cases).The therapy team was treated with Jian pi Jie yu Decoction,the tutor’s empirical prescription,and the control team was take trimebutine maleate combined with bacillus subtilis combined capsule,both of which lasted for 4 weeks,Before and after therapy,IBS-D symptom fraction,TCM syndrome fraction,IBS-SSS and HAMD were used to evaluate and study the efficacy of the two teams,and the safety and recurrence were monitored.The data were gathered and participated in SPSS25.0software for discuss.Results: In the end,72 patients were included,partial detachment.ultimate outcome included patients therapy team(31 cases)and control team(31cases),a all of 62 patients.(1)Comprehensive efficacy discuss:(1)The comprehensive efficacy discuss of IBS-D symptoms showed that the all effective rate of the therapy team was 93.55%,the all effective rate of the control team was 74.19%,the convalescence rate of the therapy team was 61.29%,and the convalescence rate of the control team was 35.48%.The all effective rate and the convalescence rate of the therapy team were substantially better than the control team(P<0.05).(2)Discuss of single symptoms:(1)Discuss of curative effect of single symptom: The healing effect discuss of single symptom showed that the therapy team was substantially better than the control team in terms of a pain in the stomach,number of stools and stool property(P<0.05);There was no statistical divergence in the rate of incomplete defecation and mucus defecation(P>0.05).(2)Single symptom integral discuss : After therapy,both teams have significant reduction(P<0.01);Comparison between teams,the improvement of symptoms of bellyache,stool frequency and stool property in the therapy team was surpass that in the control team(P<0.05),there was no statistical divergence in the improvement of symptoms of incomplete defecation and mucus stool(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of all symptom fractions after 2 and 4 weeks of therapy :After therapy,intrateam comparison,After 2 and 4 weeks of therapy,the two teams were remarkable improved(P<0.01);Compared with the all fraction of symptoms after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of therapy,the therapy team was remarkable better than the control team(P<0.01).(3)Discuss of curative effect of TCM syndrome:(1)Discuss of the all healing effect of TCM syndromes:The therapy team effective rate was 93.55%,the effective rate of the control team was70.97%,the Convalescence rate of the therapy team was 64.52%,and the convalescence rate of the control team was 32.26%.The all effective rate and the convalescence rate of the therapy team were better than the control team(P<0.05).(2)Discuss TCM syndrome:After therapy,intrateam comparison,The therapy team was remarkable improved(P<0.01),there was no significant improvement in irritability and irritability in the control team(P>0.05).Comparison between teams,the therapy team was better than the control team in the improvement of bellyache,pain reduction after diarrhea,bilateral flank fullness and anorexia symptoms(P<0.05).The improvement of irritability,tiredness and irascible in the therapy team was remarkable stronger than that in the control team(P<0.01).Total TCM syndromes,the therapy team was remarkable better than the control team(P<0.01).(4)IBS-SSS severity discuss:(1)IBS-SSS Severity Scale Form Item Comparison: After therapy,intrateam comparison,The severity of symptoms in both teams was remarkable improved(P<0.01);The frequency of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,quality of life in the therapy team were better than those in the control team(P<0.05).The degree of bellyache,were remarkable higher than in the control team(P<0.01).(2)IBS-SSS total fraction:After therapy,intrateam comparison,The all socre in both teams was remarkable improved;Compared with the control team,the therapy team was remarkable better than the control team(P<0.01).(5)Psychopsychological discuss: After therapy,The HAMD in the therapy team was remarkable improved(P<0.01).Contrarily,the control team did not(P>0.05).The therapy team is superior to the control team(P<0.01).(6)Recurrence rate and safety evaluation of the two teams:Comparison of recurrence rates between the two teams,the long range effect of the therapy team(P<0.05);There were no obvious side effects in both teams,not found obvious drug-related adverse reactions.Conclusion: To sum up,Jian Pi Jie Yu Decoction can be used to improve the IBS-D symptoms,improve the depressed mood with pretty good long range impression and high safety,which can be further promoted.
