Rules Study Of Water-dampness-phlegm-fluid Retention Disease Based On Data

Objective:Through the use of scientometrics to study "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease,the study analyzed to the author cooperation,institutional cooperation and research direction in this field,provides reference for the clinical research and experimental theory of "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease;and used the data mining technology to analyze the prescription law of modern clinical literature and the prescription of "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,so as to provide a new idea for clinical medication of "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease.Methods:The study collected clinical literature on the treatment of "water-dampnessphlegm-fluid retention" from CNKI and used CiteSpace 6.1.R software to conduct author,institution,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,and keyword emergence analysis,and explored the current status,hotspots,and development trends of research on "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease;and the study collected modern clinical literature on "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention"disease on CNKI and the relevant prescriptions of "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions",established databases respectively,and used IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze the rules from medication frequency,medicine category,medicine properties,medicine flavor,meridian tropism,association rules analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results:(1)From the knowledge graph analysis,the scope of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease was more and more extensive,and the treatment methods were more and more diversified,the cooperation between scholars and institutions was insufficient,forming the disease research direction mainly in hyperlipidemia,heart failure,coronary heart disease,arthritis,ascites,polycystic ovary syndrome,nephritis.However,interresearcher and inter-institutional collaboration need to be strengthened.(2)623 prescriptions related to water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease were collected in clinical literature,of which 55 were high-frequency drugs(frequency>30),most of which were effective in clearing heat,tonifying deficiency;the clod and warm drugs were used in combination;and the medicinal flavors were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;most of which could be attributed to liver,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney meridians;association rules showed that there were 71 groups with co-occurrence frequency>40,and the association network showed that the core combination of cangzhu,fuling,gancao,chenpi,banxia and huangqi was extracted;and 8 common factors were extracted and 7 groups were effectively clustering.(3)825 prescriptions related to "dampness" in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions were collected,and there were 63 kinds of highfrequency drugs(frequency>30),most of which were effective in clearing heat,tonifying deficiency;the clod and warm drugs were used in combination;the medicinal flavors were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet;most of which could be attributed to stomach,kidney and liver meridians;association rules showed that there were 43 groups with co-occurrence frequency>40,and the association network showed the core combination of fuling,baizhu,gancao,cangzhu,chenpi;11 common factors were extracted,and 8 groups were effectively grouped;There were 1,659 prescriptions related to "phlegm",and 101 high frequency drugs(frequency>30),which were used to tonify deficiency,relieve phlegm,relieve cough and antiasthmatic drugs;the cold and warm drugs were used in combination;most of the medicinal flavors were bitter,pungent and sweet;most of the drugs could be transferred to stomach and liver meridians;association rules showed that there were 161 groups with co-occurrence frequency>40,and the association network showed banxia,chenpi,fuling,gancao and renshen as the core combination,and extracted 9 common factors,8 groups of effective clustering;There were 201 prescriptions related to "water",and 41 drugs with high frequency(frequency≥10)were mainly drugs for tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,and improving water and dampness;most of the drugs were cold,and the medicinal flavors were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet;most of which could be attributed to lung and liver meridians;association rules showed that there were 32 groups,5 common factors were extracted,and 5 groups were effectively clustered;There were 32 prescriptions related to "fluid",including 69 traditional Chinese medicines.Phlegm-reducing,cough relieving and asthmatic drugs were used frequently;warm drugs were used frequently,and the medicinal flavors were mostly pungent and bitter,most of which could be attributed to spleen and lung meridians.Conclusion:(1)In the current study,the treatment of "water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention" disease by traditional Chinese medicine was no longer satisfied with a single intervention.In addition to oral medication,there were also external treatment methods such as acupuncture,catgut embedding at acupoint,enema with traditional Chinese medicine and combined medication methods.Clinically,hyperlipidemia,heart failure,coronary heart disease,arthritis,ascites,polycystic ovary syndrome and nephritis were primarily focused.(2)Water,dampness,phlegm and fluid come from the same origin and different flow,and the pathogenic manifestations are weakness of zang-fu viscera and qi and blood,and blood stasis,damp-heat,dampness-retained fluid,phlegm-retained fluid,water fluid and qi stagnation are the real causes.Physicians attach importance to treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and choose treatment methods according to the different invasion sites and symptoms of water,dampness,phlegm and fluid,and attach importance to increasing urine excretion,fortifying the spleen and dispelling dampness,dampening and eliminating phlegm,warming the lungs to change fluid-retention,so as to achieve the purpose of treating both the symptoms and root causes,eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the body resistance.
