Objective:By comparing the clinical effects of acupuncture at metastatic excitatory foci and traditional acupuncture at present in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, the clinical differences between the two treatments were evaluated, providing new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:64 patients with cervical spondylosis were recruited from the acupuncture clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and wechat and other online platforms strictly according to the diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion criteria.By random number table method,64 patients were divided into two groups,32 in each group, and 32 in each group. Both groups were treated once every other day,30 minutes at a time,3 times a week,3 times a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses. The observation indexes were Northwick Park(NPQ)、Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)、Neck Disability Index(NDI).At baseline period after enrollment, after the first acupuncture treatment, after the end of the course of treatment, and at follow-up one month later, the patients were scored on the NPQ,VAS and NDI,and the score changes within the two groups and the difference in score changes between the two groups were recorded and analyzed, and the immediate analgesic effect and efficacy of the two acupuncture methods were compared. Finally,at the end of the course, the adverse events of the two groups of subjects during treatment were statistically counted, and the safety index of the two therapies was compared.Results:1.Baseline data: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of age, sex, course of disease, and baseline data scores such as NPQ,VAS,NDI before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Immediate analgesic effect: After the first acupuncture treatment,VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased, and the decrease degree of the experimental group was greater, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Scores of NPQ,VAS and NDI after treatment: After treatment,NPQ,VAS and NDI scores of experimental group and control group were decreased, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference of NPQ,VAS and NDI scores of experimental group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.NPQ、VAS and NDI scores at follow-up 1 month after the end of treatment: Compared with before treatment,NPQ,VAS and NDI scores of experimental group and control group were lower during follow-up,and NPQ,VAS and NDI scores of experimental group and control group were increased after treatment, and scores of experimental group were lower than control group during follow-up,with statistical significance between and within the two groups(P < 0.05).5.Evaluation of efficacy: In terms of the efficacy of immediate analgesia, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was only 86.67%,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).Taking NPQ as the main observation index, the total effective rate of the experimental group was up to 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 80%,and the difference of NPQ score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety analysis: In this experiment, vital signs(respiration, pulse, body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate)and abnormal acupuncture conditions of the subjects were filled in and registered before and after treatment. There were no serious adverse reactions in the whole process of the experiment.2 subjects in the experimental group showed hematoma at SI6,which subsided after pressure, and their skin color was slightly bluish in the later stage, which was rated as grade2;others were rated as grade 1.In the control group, there was 1 case of subcutaneous hematoma at the third cervical spine point, and the swelling subsided after compression, which was rated as grade 2,while the rest were rated as grade 1.After test,P > 0.05,the safety of the two therapies is similar, and safe.Conclusion:1.Xu jiang Xie’s transfer excited focal acupuncture method and the traditional acupuncture method in the treatment of NTCS when all can have different degrees of immediate analgesia effect,All of them could alleviate pain, improve the function of cervical vertebrae, and enhance the life index of patients, but the immediate analgesic effect and comprehensive clinical effect of Xu jiang Xie’s transfer excited focal acupuncture were stronger。2.In the course of treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two kinds of therapies, and their safety was equal. However, the clinical effect of Xu jiang Xie’s transfer excited focal acupuncture method was superior. Therefore,Xu jiang Xie’s transfer excited focal acupuncture method can be widely popularized in clinical practice in order to further explore and inherit the present and present the medical science of reorganization and reorganization of Xu jiang.
