Objective:1.Based on the competency model, construct an evaluation index system for nurses’ occupational protection ability that is consistent with the actual situation in my country and can reflect the professional characteristics of the operating room, and test the reliability and validity of the index system through a preliminary study.2.To understand the status quo of occupational protection ability of operating room nurses through preliminary application, and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods:1.This study uses the methods of literature review analysis and semi-structured interviews to construct the basic framework of the evaluation index system for the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses, and uses the Delphi method to initially form the evaluation index system for the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses.2.Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to carry out weight analysis and consistency test on the weight of each indicator.3.Reliability and validity test: According to the index system constructed, nurses in the operating room of three tertiary first-class hospitals in a certain area of Shandong Province were selected for a pre-survey,and reliability and validity tests were performed.4.Preliminary application: From December 2022 to January 2023,according to the "General Information Survey of Operating Room Nurses" and "Investigation Form of Occupational Protection Ability of Operating Room Nurses",four tertiary general hospitals in Shandong Province meet the inclusion criteria The research on nurses in the operating room used ANOVA and independent sample t-test to analyze the occupational protection ability of nurses in the operating room, and multivariate analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to explore its reliability and effectiveness.Results:1.Through a large number of literature reviews, combined with semi-structured interviews and refined content, and comprehensive research group discussion and analysis, the following four themes were obtained:(1)basic knowledge(2)protective ability(3)nurse training(4)personal characteristics2.The degree of expert enthusiasm: The degree of expert enthusiasm is expressed by the return rate of the questionnaire. After two rounds of expert letter inquiries, the return rate of the questionnaire reached 100% and 91%.A revision was made to show a positive attitude and a good level of participation by correspondence experts for this indicator.3.Reliability and validity test: According to the index system constructed, nurses in the operating room of three tertiary first-class hospitals in a certain area of Shandong Province were selected for a pre-survey,and reliability and validity tests were performed.4.Coordination of expert opinions: The coordination of expert opinions is measured by the Kendall Coordination Coefficient(ω)of 0-1.The larger ω is,the better the coordination of experts is.The minimum values of the two Kendall coordination are0.217,0.222,and P<0.001 by t test, indicating that the two times of coordination are better, indicating that the results of the letter inquiry are desirable.5.Weight coefficients of indicators: The weight values of the first-level indicators are the basic knowledge of occupational protection(0.409),the ability to organize and coordinate occupational protection(0.205),the professional skills of occupational protection(0.289),and the personal abilities and characteristics of occupational protection(0.096).The results show that the consistency ratio of each index is less than 0.1,which indicates that the weight setting of each index is reasonable.6.The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system for the occupational protection ability of nurses in the operating room were analyzed. The reliability coefficient of the first-level index was between 0.681-0.919,and the reliability coefficient of the second-level index was between 0.465-0.937.The results show that the constructed evaluation index system is more consistent with High, good stability.7.Questionnaire results: Through the "Questionnaire Survey" platform, using the "General Information Survey of Operating Room Nurses" and "Investigation Form of Occupational Protection Ability of Operating Room Nurses",we distributed 300 questionnaires, recovered 290,and removed 9 invalid questionnaires. In the end,281 valid questionnaires were obtained, with an effective recovery rate of 96.90%.8.This study analyzed the influencing factors of the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses through the "survey on the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses",and found that gender, age, education, professional title, working years, education, establishment, and position can affect the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses.make an impact. Conclusion:The evaluation index system of occupational protection competency of operating room nurses has high reliability and scientificity, comprehensive content and reasonable structure.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses,it is found that gender, age, education, professional title, working years, education, establishment, and position have an impact on the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses. The next step should be to start from these influencing factors Pay special attention to the occupational protection ability of operating room nurses.
