| Objective:Based on patient-reported outcomes(PRO),the health expectations of patients with chronic heart failure were investigated, and multiple linear regression equations were used to explore the influencing factors of health expectations of patients with chronic heart failure,so as to provide guidance for achieving joint decision-making,improving patient compliance and satisfaction, and improving patient prognosis. Methods:In this study,313 inpatients diagnosed with chronic heart failure from February2022 to September 2022 in two third-grade hospitals in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province were selected in sequence.General information,PRO information and health expectation information of patients were collected, and the focus of clinical intervention was screened based on PRO and health expectation.Taking patients’ general condition,PRO in all fields and dimensions as independent variables, and health expectation in all fields and dimensions as dependent variables, general linear regression was applied to explore the influencing factors of patients’ health expectation. Results:This study assessed the health expectations of the included participants and showed that patients had the highest health expectations in the physiological domain.According to the dimension, the top three health expectations were IND,SAT,SOM;According to the entries, the top five items with high health expectations were: PSY18,PSY21,PHY3,PHY2,PHY1.In terms of exploring the influencing factors of health expectations,PRO in various fields and dimensions could correspondingly affect patients’ health expectations. In addition,in terms of domain,sex(b’=0.055,P=0.044)and combined atrial fibrillation(b’=0.060,P=0.030)were associated with health expectations in the psychological domain. The presence of coronary heart disease(b’=-0.114,P=0.027)affected social health expectations.Health expectations in the therapeutic field were influenced by occupation(b’=0.079,P=0.031)and smoking(b’=-0.078,P=0.031).In terms of dimensions, atrial fibrillation(b’=0.070,P=0.044)affected ANX expectations.Concomitant diabetes(b’=-0.084,P=0.042)affected DEP expectations.Factors influencing FEA expectations included gender(b’=0.158,P=0.006).The NYHA rating(b’=0.193,P=0.001)had an impact on SUP expectations.Combined coronary heart disease(b’=-0.126,P=0.035)affected UTI expectations.Coronary heart disease(b’=-0.251,P<0.001)and hypertension(b’=0.174,P=0.013)affected COM expectations.Age(b’=0.151,P=0.007)and occupation(b’=0.142,P=0.012)affected SAT expectations.Hypertension(b’=-0.130,P=0.006)and smoking cessation(b’=0.117,P=0.013)affected the expectation value of EOD.Conclusion:Patients with chronic heart failure have different health expectations in different areas and dimensions.Based on PRO and health expectation assessment,it is helpful to screen intervention priorities in various fields and dimensions, guide clinical decision-making,increase compliance, and improve patient prognosis. |
