| Objective:To investigate the efficacy of home-based cardiac rehabilitation(HBCR)with mobile application to interrupt sedentary behavior timely in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,84 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after PCI were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group at Shanxi Medical University’s First Hospital, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine HBCR treatment after discharge, and the observation group actively reduced the sedentary behavior on this basis. Both groups were followed up for 3 months. The sedentary time(ST),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walking test(6MWT),Borg perceived fatigue scale(Borg score),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),body mass index(BMI),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),heart strength and exercise compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age, gender, diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery lesions,or other general characteristics between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).(2)After 3 months of intervention, there were statistical differences in ST,6MWT,Borg scores,PSQI scores,HDL,cardiac strength and exercise compliance between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the indicators of the observation group were better than the control group. There was no statistical difference in LVEF or BMI after intervention, but there was a statistical difference in BMI difference before and after intervention. Conclusion:Compared with conventional HBCR,the mode of HBCR with less sitting and more movement is better for improving the exercise endurance, cardiac function, sleep quality and exercise compliance of patients after PCI.Therefore, cardiac rehabilitation physicians should advise their patients to reduce sedentary behavior as part of their cardiac rehabilitation program, encouraging them to interrupt sedentary behavior more frequently with physical activity of any intensity. |
