| Objective:To explore the effect and short-term prognosis of high-frequency repetitive r TMS in patients with microawareness status after brain trauma.Methods:A total of 42 patients were included in the experimental group and 2 / 22).Twenty cases of the patients in the experimental group received the same conventional drug therapy and rehabilitation.Efficacy evaluation measures were changes in the revised Coma Recovery Scale Revision(CRS-R)score before,after,and 2 weeks after treatment,changes in mismatch negative wave(MMN)amplitude and latency in event-related potentials.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the CRS-R score improved more than the control group,CRS-R score by 55%(12 / 22)and 20%(4 / 20)(z=-2.33,P=0.020);mismatch negative wave(MMN)(z=1.82,P=0.069);mismatch negative wave(MMN)was significant(z=2.13,P=0.033).After the CRS-R score improved 73%(16 / 22)and the control group improved 20% CRS-R(4 / 20),the mismatch negative wave(MMN)was 73%(16 / 22)higher than the control group by 30%(6 / 20).Conclusion:In the temporoparietal handover area(temporoparietal junction,TPJ)in patients with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation after brain injury,some patients can have behavioral changes or changes in latency and amplitude of mismatch negative wave around the seventh day.The short-term prognosis in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. |
