| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shengmai injection in patients with acute myocardial infarction after emergency PCI and its effects on cardiac function,serum inflammatory factors,cardiac troponin T(c Tn T),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB),myocardial coloration(MPG)grade,TIMI flow grade,QRS score,infarct size,reperfusion index,complications,adverse cardiac events,disease improvement rate and left anterior descending(LAD),left circumflex(LCX),right coronary artery(RCA))to correct for the effect of TIMI blood flow frame count(CTFC).Methods:1.Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,186 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency PCI in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were prospectively selected as the subjects of this trial.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups.Both groups received oral ticagrelor and aspirin before PCI.93 cases in the observation group were combined with Shengmai injection on the basis of the control group,and 93 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine after PCI.Both groups were treated for 7 days,and the clinical treatment effects,adverse reactions and cardiac adverse events were counted.2.Observe the blood flow grading,myocardial chromogenic(MPG)grading,serum pentraxin-3(PTX-3),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)before operation and 7 days after operation in the two groups of patients with thrombolytic therapy for myocardial infarction(TIMI)-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels,interleukin-6(IL-6),ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),QRS score,infarct size and,left anterior descending(LAD),left circumflex(LCX),right coronary artery(RCA)corrected TIMI flow frame count(CTFC).At the same time,cardiac troponin T(c Tn T),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB)and disease improvement rate were compared in each time period.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse cardiac events between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The improvement of LCX CTFC,RCA CTFC,LAD CTFC,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,IL-6,hs-CRP,PTX-3,and TNF-α in the observation group 7 days after treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The infarct size was smaller than that of the control group,and the QRS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the ST segment fall rate at 2h,24 h,and 7d after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of TIMI grade 4 and MPG grade 3 at 7d after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of c Tn I and CK-MB levels in the observation group at 12 h,24h and 7d after operation was better than that in the control group,and the disease control rate at 24 h,3d and 7d after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The use of Shengmai injection after emergency PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve postoperative stunning myocardial function and myocardial tissue microcirculation disorders,reduce myocardial damage,and improve cardiac function.It is worthy of clinical practice.Applied therapy. |
