The objective of the study: To perform two different rehabilitation training methods of wrist joint rehabilitation device and natural rehabilitation for patients with distal radius fracture in the army,and to observe the therapeutic effect of sports rehabilitation on patients with distal radius in the army by analyzing the effect of sports rehabilitation on patients with distal radius in the army.Provide suggestions and references for clinical rehabilitation,and provide reference suggestions for improving the postoperative rehabilitation training program for distal radius fractures.Research Methods: A clinical study was conducted in 16 patients with distal radial straightening fracture to compare the effects of rehabilitation trainer and natural recovery on the rehabilitation of patients with distal radial straightening fracture.Methods: Patients in the instrumental rehabilitation group received 4 weeks of rehabilitation training,and the control group recovered in the natural state,and the two groups of patients did internationally recognized evaluation criteria for distal radial straightening fracture(Colles fracture)in the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th weeks,and the treatment effect between the two groups was statistically calculated by using the indicators of pain,grip strength,ulnar deviation,radial deviation,palmar flexion,and dorsal extension range between the two groups.The results of the study results:(1)After four weeks of exercise practice of the rehabilitation trainer,the wrist palmar flexion,dorsal extension,ulnar deviation and radial deviation were well improved.There were significant differences in palmar flexion,dorsal extension,ulnar deviation,and radial deviation of the wrist joint(p<0.01).Wrist palmar flexion and dorsal extension increased from 15.13± 6.13,6.63± 5.01 before the experiment to 37.5± 8.94,36±5.15 after the experiment.The ulnar radial bias increased from 10.88± 6.94,7.25±2.87 before the experiment to 30.63± 2.62,20.25 ± 2.25 after the experiment,all of which were very significant.There were no significant differences in wrist palmar flexion,ulnar deviation and radial deviation in the control group before and after the interval of four weeks(p>0.05).And the measurement of palmar flexion angle of the wrist joint decreased slightly.This suggests that patients who rely solely on passive therapy such as drugs can aggravate joint dyskinesia with complete immobilization behavior in the acute phase of the patient’s wrist joint.(2)Before treatment,the p>0.05 in the device rehabilitation group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference in the range of grip strength between the two groups before treatment.When the treatment was 2 weeks,p=0.020,p<0.05,indicating that the use of exercise therapy during rehabilitation can accelerate the recovery of wrist grip range.At 4 weeks of treatment,p=0.000,p<0.05,with the progress of treatment,there was a significant difference in grip strength range between the two groups,indicating that patients who used rehabilitation trainer exercise therapy during rehabilitation recovered faster than those who recovered naturally.(3)After four weeks of exercise exercise in the rehabilitation trainer,the wrist pain in the experimental group was well improved,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).Wrist pain increased from 8.83±0.18 before the experiment to 3.07±0.31 after the experiment.This shows that the practice of using the wrist rehabilitation trainer for two weeks has greatly improved the patient’s wrist joint mobility function,and improved the above limited motor function;Similarly,the results obtained in the improvement of wrist motor pain disorder indicate that exercise rehabilitation exercises can have a positive impact on patients.Although the pain of the control group improved,there was little difference from the postoperative comparison.
