Objective: To explore the application effect of "cloud ward" interactive visit in patients with hip replacement,by visiting such patients, reference basis is provided for perioperative visits by operating room nurses. Methods: In this study,a Grade-A hospital in Lanzhou,Gansu Province was selected as the clinical study site.100 patients with hip replacement who met the inclusion criteria from December 2021 to December 2022 in this hospital were selected as the research objects.Randomly sampling method was used to divide the subjects into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. In the control group, traditional visiting methods were implemented, which were conducted in the form of oral education. On the basis of the control group, the observation group implemented the "cloud ward" interactive visit method. The state anxiety scale(STAI--Form Y-I,S-AI)was used to evaluate the anxiety scores of patients in three periods before preoperative visit, waiting period at home and after postoperative visit. The visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients before and after the preoperative visit.Nursing quality satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate patients’ nursing satisfaction in operating room. The incidence of postoperative complications was analyzed.Excel was used for data entry and SPSS26.0software was used for statistical description and inference of relevant data.Results:1.Among the 100 patients with hip replacement included,94 cases were actually completed, including 46 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group. There was no significant difference in age, sex, marital status, education level, preoperative diagnosis, residence, medical payment method and other general information between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of state anxiety Scale scores: Repeated measurement analysis of variance was performed on anxiety scores of patients in the two groups at three time points(i.e.,before preoperative visit, waiting period for entry and after postoperative visit),and the results showed that the influence of time effect, intergroup effect and interaction effect of patients in the two groups at the above three time points were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups before preoperative visit(P > 0.05),while there was significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups during the waiting period for entry and after postoperative visit(P < 0.05).The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that the anxiety scores of the two groups at the above three time nodes were statistically different(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of visual analog scale scores: There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before preoperative visit(P > 0.05);After the intervention, the VAS score of the two groups after the postoperative visit was compared, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Score comparison of nursing quality satisfaction questionnaire in operating room:After the intervention, after the postoperative visit, the two groups of patients in the operating room nursing quality satisfaction questionnaire score comparison, the observation group of patients in the operating room nursing quality satisfaction questionnaire score was(34.40±3.23)points,higher than the control group(32.30±2.41)points,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of the incidence of postoperative complications: the incidence of postoperative complications was 2% in the observation group and 15% in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1."Cloud ward" interactive visit can relieve patients’ anxiety during perioperative period.2."Cloud ward" interactive visit can relieve postoperative pain of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications to a certain extent.3."Cloud ward" interactive visit can narrow the distance between operating room nurses and patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families on the quality of operating room nursing work.
