Globally,the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are still high.Although colorectal cancer and some other tumors have been extensively and deeply studied,the current treatment methods are not good enough to alleviate the impact of colorectal cancer.Therefore,it is extremely important to explore more effective biomarkers for colorectal cancer and to strengthen the research on the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.lnc RNAs were initially considered to be useless products on the genome.However,gradually,studies have shown that lnc RNAs can participate in multiple levels of gene regulation and thus play important functions in biological processes.In addition,lnc RNAs have the potential as high-quality biomarkers.Some lnc RNAs that play important functions in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer have been reported,but the current exploration of the function of lnc RNAs is far from enough.Therefore,in this study,lnc RNAs in the AOM/DSS colorectal cancer mouse model was used as the research object.The second-generation RNA-Seq was performed on the intestinal tissues in several important periods(the second week,fourth week,seventh week,and tenth week),807 dynamic expression lnc RNAs were characterized after that.Through analysis,it is speculated that they are more likely to function in the development of colorectal cancer.Subsequently,combined with GEO,TCGA,GTRD,Annolnc2,mi RTarbase,Target Scan and other public databases and analysis tools to explore the mechanism of dynamic expression lnc RNAs involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,through the construction of ce RNA networks,lnc RNAs and transcription factor regulatory networks,lnc RNAs and proteins Interaction Network.These networks explain the potential mechanism of lnc RNAs in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.This study finally constructed a ce RNA network containing 21 dynamic expression protein-coding genes,16 dynamic expression mi RNAs,and 31 dynamic expression lnc RNAs.Among them,the functions of protein-coding genes are enriched in pathways closely related to CRC,and 8 mi RNAs are related to CRC.In addition,this study screened5 transcription factors(Cbx8,E2f3,Prox1,Rarb,Zfat)and 3 proteins(EZH2,Rbfox2,Tia1)that are more likely to interact with dynamic expression lnc RNAs.In summary,this study analyzed the dynamic expression lnc RNAs in the AOM/DSS mouse model,and provided a basis for studying how dynamically expressed lnc RNA functions in CRC.
