| Purpose: To explore the expression of Hhip and Lpar2 in gastric intraepithelial neoplasia and the correlation of Hhip and Lpar2 expression level with clinicopathologic features and prognosis of patients in gastric cancer.Methods: 30 cases of normal physical examination,30 cases of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,30 cases of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,20 cases of early gastric adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of advanced gastric adenocarcinoma were collected.Immunohistochemical were used to detect the expression of Hhip and Lpar2 in different gastric mucosal tissues.To analyze the difference of Hhip and Lpar2 expression levels among different groups and the correlation between expression levels and clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.All analysis were performed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results: The high expression rate of Hhip in the normal group,the gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and the gastric cancer group were 93.30%,63.33% and32.00%(P < 0.05).The expression of Hhip in low gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group was statistically different from that of high gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group(P=0.007).The expression of early gastric cancer group was statistically different from that of advanced gastric cancer group(P=0.026).The high expression rate of Lpar2 in the normal group,the gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and the gastric carcinoma group were 10.00%,26.67% and 66.00%.There was no statistical difference between the normal group and the gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group(P > 0.05),but there was statistical difference between the gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and the gastric carcinoma group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the low gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and the high gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group(P > 0.05),and between the early gastric cancer group and the advanced gastric cancer group(P > 0.05).The expression level of Hhip was negatively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion(P=0.01).There was no significant correlation between the expression of Lpar2 and the clinicopathologic characteristics of gastric cancer and gastric intraepithelial neoplasia patients.There was no significant correlation between the expression of Hhip and Lpar2 and the progression-free survival of gastric cancer patients.Conclusion: The expression level of Hhip in normal group,gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and gastric cancer group decrease gradually.The expression level of Hhip in high gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group is lower than that of low gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group.The expression level of Hhip is negatively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion in patients with gastric cancer.The expression level of Lpar2 in gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group is lower than that of gastric cancer group.There is no significant difference between gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and normal group,and between low gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group and high gastric intraepithelial neoplasia group.There is no significant correlation between the expression of Lpar2 and the clinicopathologic characteristics of gastric cancer and gastric intraepithelial neoplasia patients.There is no significant correlation between the expression of Hhip and Lpar2 and the progression-free survival of gastric cancer patients. |
