Research On Health Care Supervision Of Public Nursery Service In W District Of Wuhan

As urbanization accelerates,more and more urban families are caring for their infants and toddlers through public childcare services.Since health care is directly related to the development and growth of infants and toddlers,parents have become concerned about the health care status of public child care services,which has led to the concern of the whole society about the health care regulation of public child care services.This thesis examines the issue of health care regulation in public child care services in W district,Wuhan,with the aim of providing a reference for strengthening health care regulation in public child care services and improving the quality of public child care services.This thesis introduces theoretical tools such as holistic governance theory and collaborative governance theory to study the issue of health care regulation in public child care services in Wuhan W district.First,the current situation of health care regulation of public child care services in W district of Wuhan is analyzed in terms of functional structure,regulatory initiatives and regulatory effectiveness.Second,a survey was conducted on public child care services in the area by means of on-site interviews to identify the outstanding problems of health care regulation of public child care services in W district.The survey found that the current health care supervision of public child care services in W district has imperfect mechanisms,the lack of science in the supervision process,and the construction of the supervision team to be improved.Based on this,the causes of the problems of public childcare service health care regulation in W district were analyzed,and it was found that government departments lacked the awareness of holistic governance of public childcare service system health care regulation,the regulatory agencies had poor synergy in performing regulatory activities,and the supporting system of regulatory personnel was not scientific.Finally,optimized countermeasures are proposed for the health care supervision of public child care services in Wuhan W district,including improving the health care supervision system of public child care services,establishing a scientific supervision system,carrying out diversified supervision means,improving the overall quality of the supervisory team,and strengthening the construction of the supervisory team.
