Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of Chinese medicine.After a long period of experience accumulation and development,it has formed its own independent theoretical system,which has played an important role in historical development.Among them,pulse diagnosis is a very important method in TCM diagnosis.Through pulse diagnosis,the patient’s pulse signal is sensed,and the signal contains the information of human physiology and pathology.In traditional pulse diagnosis and treatment,doctors will diagnose patients based on their own experience and subjective judgment,so there is ambiguity and subjectivity.With the rapid development of modern instruments today,TCM pulse diagnosis needs to be more objective to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.This subject researchs the generation principle and waveform characteristics of pulse signal which based on TCM pulse theory,and designs and builds a detection and analysis system based on human pulse signal.In terms of hardware,the STM32H743 XI chip is used as the control core of the single-chip microcomputer,and the pulse signal of the three parts of "Cun,Guan and Chi" is collected by the HK-2000 G piezoresistive pulse sensor,and the pulse signal is converted into an analog voltage signal,which enters into signal processing.The circuit realizes signal amplification,filtering,analog-to-digital conversion and transmission.In terms of software,the signal acquisition software design and the host computer system design were completed,and the control program of the STM32H743 XI chip was written through uVision5,including analog-to-digital conversion programming,DMA programming,and USART programming.The host computer system is programmed by Lab VIEW to realize the functions of real-time signal transmission,real-time display,data processing and analysis,including hardware and host computer data transmission module,pulse signal display module,system login module and other modules.Through the wavelet transform method,the pulse signal is filtered and denoised and the baseline drift is removed,and the single-cycle signal is extracted for the pulse signal,so as to extract the characteristic points of the pulse signal,and the analysis and calculation results are displayed on the host computer system interface in real time.The detection and analysis system based on the human pulse signal realizes the rapid and low-cost acquisition of the pulse signal.The system hardware cost is less than 800 yuan.When the system is working normally,the current is only 25 m A when the single pulse detection is tested,and the current is only 80 m A when the three pulses are detected.The host computer displays the waveform curve of the collected pulse signal in real time.The characteristic information of the pulse signal and the average single-cycle pulse signal are extracted by the algorithm,and the analysis results are displayed on the interface of the host computer every 3 seconds.By analyzing the characteristic waveform of the pulse signal and the characteristic parameter value,the specific pulse type of the patient is judged,and then the treatment suggestion is given for the patient’s condition.
