Teenagers are the new force of national and national development,and their healthy growth is correlated to personal future,family happiness,national rejuvenation and national strength.The state has always given vital importance to the role of physical health as the material basis for the healthy growth of teenagers,and set out its clear data targets for improvement in the outline of the healthy China 2030-year Plan.The results of a survey over the nation on students’ physical health show that the body mass index and physical fitness indexes of Chinese teenagers have increased in recent years,and their physical health has been improved continuously.Based on the existing research results and the realizability of test data,this study discusses the impact of family,school and community dimensions on physical health,and makes a positive contribution to the improvement of adolescent physical health.In this paper,1746 valid questionnaires and physique test scores were obtained from students aged from 12 to 17 years old from Grade 7 to Grade 12 in Suzhou,Taizhou,Shanghai and Anqing cities in the Yangtze River Delta.First of all,the body mass index and physical fitness index are calculated.Then,according to the hypothesis of the study,the family-school-society factor model of teenagers’ physical health is constructed,the goodness of fit of the model is judged by the Hosmer-Lemeshaw test,and the multicollinearity between independent variables is verified by calculating the variance expansion factor.Then chi-square test was used to compare the detection rate of physique and physical fitness of adolescent students under different factors of family,school and community.Finally,binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the effects of various factors on physical indicators and physical fitness indicators in adolescent physical health.Through the study,it is found that:(1)the choice of active transportation mode to and from school has a significant impact on the physical health level of adolescents;parental companionship can improve the physique and physical fitness of adolescents at the same time;parents’ supportive attitude can keep the physical health level of adolescents from retrogression.(2)the physical education curriculum setting up to the standard and the non-existence of curriculum occupation can maintain the physical health of teenagers,and the higher intensity of physical education can comprehensively improve the physique and physical fitness of teenagers;maintaining the frequency of sports and sports activities has good effects on the physical health of teenagers.(3)the community equipped with appropriate types and quantity of sports equipment and venues can protect the physical health of teenagers;individuals using community equipment and venues to persist in exercise and actively participate in community collective activities can effectively improve the physique and physical fitness of teenagers at the same time,and achieve the overall improvement of their physical health.(4)The factors that have significant joint effects are physical education curriculum intensity and sleep time,physical education curriculum intensity and transportation mode to and from school,as well as individual activities in the community.In this paper,according to the effect of various factors on teenagers’ physique and physical fitness,using the two-factor theory put forward by Herzberg,it is divided into maintenance and improvement factors.And put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)To ensure that teenagers get support from family,school and community to maintain their physical health.(2)Family,school and community initiatives are recommended to promote the improvement and development of young people’s physical health.(3)The use of proven home-school-community factors to improve the physical health of young people.
