Background and PurposeMicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non coding RNAs,which have regulatory functions and affect the occurrence and development of many human diseases.Serum miRNAs are considered as one of the most potential tumor markers because they are easy to obtain, less invasive, repeatable and stable.A large number of studies have also proved the role of miRNAs in the occurrence and development, invasion and metastasis, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. In this study,we compared the expression of mirna-195 in serum of healthy people, patients with early breast cancer and patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer, and analyzed whether mirna-195 can be used as a specific biomarker for the diagnosis of breast cancer, and whether mirna-195 can early monitor the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.MethodsThe experiment was divided into three groups: healthy people, early breast cancer, recurrent and metastatic breast cancer, with 30 serum samples in each group. The relative expression of MicroRNA-195 in different groups was detected by microRNA extraction, reverse transcription and real-time PCR miRNA-16 was used as the internal reference, and spss21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, explore the differential expression of mirna-195 in the three groups of people, and draw the experimental conclusion.Result1.The expression level of miR-195 in patients with early breast cancer was significantly lower than that in healthy people(P < 0.05).2.The expression level of miR-195 in recurrent and metastatic breast cancer was significantly lower than that in healthy people(P < 0.05).3.The expression level of serum miR-195 in patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer was significantly lower than that in patients with early breast cancer(P < 0.05).Conclusions1.serum miR-195 was low in early and recurrent metastatic breast cancer.2.serum miR-195 is expected to be a specific biomarker for the diagnosis of breast cancer.3.serum miR-195 is also expected to monitor the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer early.
