Research On Drug Management Issues From The Perspective Of Basic Medical Insurance

With the improvement of the intensification of population aging,the existing medical insurance system in China has been greatly impacted.In order to ensure the fair and reasonable utilization of medical resources to benefit all citizens and the reasonable and sustainable use of medical insurance funds,research has been conducted on medical insurance drug access,medical insurance drug catalog management,drug price management,and medical insurance payment management Pharmacy management and supervision are responsible for the entire process management of medical insurance drugs,in order to improve drug management policies,improve drug quality and safety,control medical insurance expenses,and reduce the burden of social medical expenses.The paper takes basic medical insurance as the research perspective and uses literature research method to systematically sort out the current situation of medical insurance drug management in China.A descriptive and explanatory analysis is conducted on the current situation of medical insurance drug management in China.It is found that there are complex drug approval procedures,slow drug catalog updates,difficulty in controlling the inflated prices of medical insurance drugs,excessive use and abuse of medical insurance drugs The problem of poor information management of medical insurance drugs and inadequate supervision of payment and use of medical insurance drugs.The research found that the reasons for the problems are caused by factors such as the constraints of the medical insurance drug management system,imperfect supervision and refined management,and weak ability to balance the interests of stakeholders.To effectively solve the problem of medical insurance drug management,based on system management theory and stakeholder theory,this study explores the effective management path of using basic medical insurance drugs from a macro level.It is recommended to simplify the medical insurance admission process through full process supervision and increase the payment limit of medical insurance funds for drug fees;It is recommended to adopt a diversified,coordinated and co governance approach to improve the efficiency of approval and catalog adjustment,and to establish a reasonable drug pricing mechanism through agreement alliances.The basic medical insurance management department should coordinate the interests and rights of all stakeholders,reasonably determine the price of medical insurance drugs,and supervise the use of drugs.The research aims to explore the effective management of drugs in basic medical insurance,in order to achieve the sustainable development of the medical insurance system.
