Since the reform and opening up,earth-shaking changes have taken place in the vast rural areas of China,and the development of villages and changes in local society have become a new focus of attention in the academic circle.Among them,the folklore community has also put forward a new perspective on this,using the concept of "work mode" to focus on new material production activities in rural areas to highlight the work author’s practice process,subjective feelings,and specific life formed by work.mode.Y Village in Shipai Town is a village that relies on tofu craftsmanship to become a collective wealthy village.Tofu is a sideline tradition.With the bold exploration of the villagers and the support of the village government,going out to make tofu has become the first choice for locals,which has changed the previous production organization and production relations,spawned other industries,and radiated to other towns and towns.Function to form an industrial economy.This article takes the tofu industry in Y Village,Shipai Town,Central Hubei Province as an example,and analyzes the changes in production methods from the perspective of labor mode,how it affects the daily production and life of local people and social interactions,and what the villagers show under the new labor mode This kind of survival experience and life wisdom,how the relationship between the villagers and the village has changed,and trying to present the reality of a new village community that is still in flux by observing this mobile and remote work pattern.This article is divided into seven chapters.The introduction part introduces the origin of the research,the significance of the research,and puts forward the questions that this research wants to explore based on the existing research.The first chapter of the main text is a brief introduction to the historical evolution of the village and the original labor mode.The second chapter describes the process of establishing a new labor mode for making tofu out of town.The third and fourth chapters are based on labor in a foreign country and social life in the original village.In one aspect,it describes the changes and impacts brought about by the new labor mode.Chapter 5summarizes the relationship between the labor mode of going out to make tofu and the village.Finally,the concluding remarks discussed the particularity of this mobile and remote work pattern,and it has reference significance for the development of rural areas during the current social transformation in China.Therefore,this article records and discusses the labor pattern of a village in the central Hubei region to make tofu and the resulting changes in production and lifestyle.The core change lies in the transformation from the combination of traditional farming and sideline to a remote,mobile,and trans-regional work model,which has sample significance for the development of new rural areas in the current social transformation period in China.Therefore,we hope to use this case to respond to and supplement the existing research on labor patterns,to study the "migratory bird-like" immigrant groups and their identities through labor patterns,and to focus on the changing daily life of the new countryside,so as to respond to folklore’s Concerns about life revolution.
