Research On The Application Of Ensemble Teaching In The Basic Teaching Of Guzheng

Guzheng is a traditional plucked instrument with a long history and has always played an important role in the traditional Chinese instrumental culture.With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,more and more people are pursuing spiritual satisfaction while meeting their material needs.In this context,the number of people learning guzheng is also rapidly increasing.With the introduction of China’s quality education concept,various schools are also starting to form various music clubs.There are many very successful cases in these guzheng clubs,not only limited to on campus,but also actively promoting the establishment of guzheng ensemble orchestras in various training institutions outside of school.But these clubs first teach soloists and then combine them together in the form of voice parts.The various skills required for guzheng ensemble were not cultivated.After drawing on two successful and representative cases,the author established the G Primary School Guzheng Club for the basic stage of guzheng ensemble teaching.G Elementary School Guzheng Club is a Guzheng club formed by the author during his internship at G Elementary School.The author recruited more than ten zero basic students who are interested in playing Guzheng but have no experience in learning Guzheng.Under the guidance of multiple teaching methods such as the "1+1" Guzheng Basic Teaching Method and the Orff Teaching Method,the author conducted a semester long Guzheng Ensemble Teaching Practice.This article is mainly divided into four parts.Firstly,the author elaborates on the significance of conducting guzheng ensemble teaching in the basic teaching stage of guzheng and the benefits of conducting ensemble teaching in the basic teaching stage for students’ subsequent music learning.Subsequently,the author analyzed the successful experiences of the Zheng music troupes established by off campus training institutions and the Zheng music clubs established by the school,and attempted to establish the G Elementary School Guzheng Club on their own.By comparing with the first two,the author analyzed what preparations were needed before the club could conduct ensemble teaching.After the preliminary preparation stage is completed,the author officially begins practical teaching.However,before students start formal guzheng ensemble teaching,specialized teaching in performance techniques,music literacy,cooperation awareness,and other aspects needs to be conducted for students with zero foundation.Subsequently,the author drew inspiration from well-known teaching methods such as "1+1 Guzheng Basic Teaching Method" and "Orff Teaching Method" to teach Guzheng ensemble music in the Guzheng Club of G Primary School,and made a summary of the teaching of these music pieces.Finally,the author will summarize their own experience,combined with the current situation of guzheng teaching,summarize the experience gained during the teaching stage,and make prospects for the future of guzheng ensemble teaching,hoping to be helpful for the development of guzheng teaching in the future.
