Research On The Cultivation Path Of Compound Talents In Electronic Organ Specialty Of Xi’an Conservatory Of Music

Born in the industrial revolution,the electronic organ is an instrument with scientific and technological attributes.It has a powerful music performance function and can imitate the performance effects of most Chinese and Western instruments.Therefore,the electronic organ has a controlling function and posed an unprecedented challenge to the ability of music players.The electronic organ has only been in China for more than 20 years.Therefore,it is only in the primary stage of development in China.Numerous colleges of music and art have successively established the electronic organ specialty.Compared with the traditional Chinese and Western music performance specialties,the electronic organ specialty has a unique aspect in talent training that has shown multiple possibilities based on the power function of the instrument itself.In order to better study the development of electronic organ higher education in domestic institutions of higher learning,the thesis chooses the electronic organ specialty of Xi’an Conservatory of Music as the research object to explore its evolution and path of talent cultivation.The thesis mainly sorts through the development path of the talent cultivation mode of electronic organ specialty of Xi’an Conservatory of Music in more than 20 years.Its characteristic compound talent cultivation path incorporates teaching,practice,and editing.Then the thesis combs out three periods of specialty development,including the electronic organ teaching and research office of the Piano Department,of the Music Engineering Department and of the Modern Conservatory of Music successively.On this basis,it concludes modes and features of its compound talents cultivation in different periods,and summarizes the development route of compound talents cultivation in the electronic organ specialty of Xi’an Conservatory of Music,which is characterized by performance-editing-original creation.To measure outcome of cultivation of compound talents of electronic organ in Xi’an Conservatory of Music,the thesis uses the methods of survey and questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on the employment situation of previous graduates and their professional satisfaction,and analyzes the provincial projects obtained by the composite talents of electronic organ specialty through interviews,and summarizes that the cultivation of compound talents of electronic organ has a high employment rate with the characteristics of high professional competitiveness.Its more than 20 years of comprehensive talent training has achieved certain outcomes.After thinking and summarizing the training path of the electronic organ compound talents of Xi’an Conservatory of Music,this thesis sums up three characteristics namely systematic training,dynamic training and precise training,and puts forward relevant suggestions for its future development path.Drawing on the advantages of Xi’an Conservatory of Music in the cultivation of compound talents of electronic organ,this thesis also puts forward relevant prospects and theoretical construction for the development of the cultivation of artistic compound talents,and proposes that the cultivation of artistic talents should adopt a personalized compound talents route.It is hoped that the cultivation of art talents can have new development and qualitative breakthroughs in the modern liberal arts perspective under the application of new media and scientific and technological means.
