| Nowadays,as a new and popular cultural industry,exhibition has an immeasurable development prospect in public education and art noumenon.With the development of the market,exhibition planning has gradually evolved into an indispensable part of art management.However,most of the current art exhibition planning cannot meet the diversified needs and balanced presentation of the public,and more innovative methods are needed to help them shape the exhibition planning management mode."Design thinking",which can be applied in many fields and has integrity and innovation,will be able to better match the art exhibition planning,so as to carry out more creative design.In this paper,design thinking,as a theoretical basis and perspective starting point,carries out a review,combing the origin and development,concept and connotation and application fields of design thinking,and analyzes the basic elements and principles of design thinking,focusing on the process steps of design thinking,exploring the commonly used tools and methods of design thinking,and then summarizes the exhibition planning and analyzes the exhibition in detail planning process.In the view of design thinking,this paper studies the exhibition planning,and provides a process framework and toolkit for planning exhibitions that are more suitable for the audience’s experience needs.Taking Fuzhou International Lacquer Biennale as an example,the exhibition planning and application practice from the perspective of design thinking are carried out.By sketching customer portraits,adopting Sapad Method,establishing user journey map,establishing emotional journey map and drawing user blueprint,a series of design thinking tools and methods,which intuitively showed the core part of the audience’s viewing process,and summarized the key pain points and opportunity points.Finally,from the publicity channels,admission methods,reception,exhibition direction signs,exhibition space planning and flow of people,exhibition means,exhibition explanation,rest area planning,message feedback,supporting market activities and experience of lacquer making for 2021 Fuzhou International Lacquer Art Biennale,this paper puts forward the strategies to enhance the audience’s experience.This study not only provides important theoretical suggestions for exhibition planning,but also has practical significance for Fuzhou International Lacquer Biennale. |
