| Since China entered a new era,cultural governance has faced new problems and challenges.In response to these problems and challenges,Xi Jinping has made many important speeches and put forward a series of new views and concepts,thus forming a methodology for Xi Jinping’s important discussion on cultural governance.As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,this methodology is not only the product of the combination of cultural governance methodology and China’s specific reality in Marxism,but also solves the problems existing in China’s current cultural governance and gradually realizes the cultural governance system and governance capacity.The modernization of strength,the establishment of a socialist cultural power in an all-round way,and the realization of the second centennial goal play an important role.Based on the perspective of methodology,this thesis systematically studies Xi Jinping’s important discourse on cultural governance,expounds it from five aspects: content source,main construction,main characteristics,value dialysis and practice path,and is committed to promoting further research on Xi Jinping’s important discussion methodology of cultural governance.The first part combines theory with practice,and mainly studies the theoretical origin and practical basis of Xi Jinping’s important discussion methodology on cultural governance.Among them,the methodology in the cultural governance thought of classic Marxist writers,the methodology in the cultural governance thought of the Communist Party of China,the methodology in the thought of excellent traditional Chinese cultural governance,and the methodology in the thought of excellent cultural governance in the world are the theoretical origins.Its practical foundation mainly includes two aspects,including not only the realistic foundation of the practice of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also the personal conditions constituted by the accumulation and summary in Xi Jinping’s own work practice.The above provide strong support for Xi Jinping’s important discussion methodology on cultural governance.The second part mainly studies the main construction of Xi Jinping’s important discourse methodology on cultural governance.Combined with Xi Jinping’s important discussion on cultural governance,this part elaborates on the methodology from three aspects: understanding dimension,value dimension and practical dimension.First of all,the methodology of cognitive dimensions mainly includes strategic thinking methods,systematic thinking methods,historical thinking methods,dialectical thinking methods,innovative thinking methods,bottom line thinking methods and rule of law thinking methods.Secondly,the methodology of the value dimension is mainly summarized as the unity of enriching people’s spiritual world and enhancing people’s spiritual strength;the unity of national cultural values and world cultural values;and the realization of personal value and the realization of social values.Finally,the methodology of the practical dimension is reflected in the unity of problem-oriented and goal-oriented;the unity of key links and key areas;the unification of the modernization of the cultural governance system and governance capacity;and the unity of the cultural governance system and the effectiveness of cultural governance.The third part mainly studies the main characteristics of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on cultural governance.Based on the development requirements of the times,this methodology combines cultural governance with governance in other fields,and strives to achieve the unity of top-level design and underlying practice,so as to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,give full play to the main role of the people in cultural governance,and ensure the realization of people’s cultural rights and interests.Therefore,this part summarizes the main characteristics of Xi Jinping’s important discussion methodology on cultural governance as the times,system,practical and people.The fourth part mainly studies the value significance of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on cultural governance,which contains rich theoretical and practical value.At the theoretical value level,this methodology not only uses the Marxist cultural governance methodology to promote its development,inherits and explores the methodology of cultural governance of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and deepens and enriches Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.At the level of practical value,Xi Jinping’s important discourse on cultural governance provides scientific methodological guidance for the construction of socialist culture,provides a development path for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and provides a feasible development strategy for strengthening people’s spiritual strength,and stands from the perspective of global development.It has contributed China’s wisdom and programs to global cultural governance.The fifth part mainly studies the practice path of Xi Jinping’s important discourse methodology on cultural governance.Based on the full understanding of the methodology in the above part,combined with the specific problems,this part mainly points out the way to practice the methodology from four aspects: clarifying the diversified subjects of cultural governance,rationally allocating cultural governance resources,optimizing the supply and demand of public cultural services,and improving the governance efficiency transformation of the cultural system.Take full play to
