Application Research On Reconstruction Design Of Bat Pattern In Huizhou Woodcarving

As one of the representative patterns in Huizhou woodcarving,the bat pattern brings inspiration to contemporary design with exquisite carving technology,profound meaning and strong historical and cultural heritage.However,due to its historical background and geographical restrictions,the spread of bat patterns has certain limitations.In order to better integrate traditional patterns and modern designs,this project conducts in-depth research on Huizhou woodcarving bat patterns,starting from the historical origin of Huizhou woodcarving bat patterns,analyzing the development and evolution of bat patterns in different historical periods,and through on-site inspections,field research and other methods to understand the application of bat patterns in life decoration.At the same time,from the composition and combination of Huizhou woodcarved bat patterns,its composition and implication are analyzed,and the visual effects brought by different combination forms are studied.Finally,deeply understand the meaning of the bat pattern,refine the core elements,use the reconstruction design method to innovate the shape and color of the traditional bat pattern,integrate the aesthetic essence of the Huizhou woodcarving bat pattern into the modern design,and extend it.This will improve people’s awareness of Huizhou woodcarved bat patterns,and then promote the cultural spread of traditional auspicious patterns.This study also provides feasible ideas and methods for the inheritance and development of other traditional woodcarving patterns in the contemporary era,which is conducive to the inheritance and development of traditional culture.
