| In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the aging of China’s population is also accelerating, but the phenomenon of falling is frequent in the special group of middle-aged and elderly people, the main reason is that the balance ability and physical fitness of these more special groups of middle-aged and elderly people will decline with age,and the balance ability will also decline with age. Therefore, how to improve the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people through waltz exercises and promote the healthy living standards of middle-aged and elderly people is a very important research topic. This study used waltz exercises as an experimental intervention intervention with the aim of experimentally investigating the effect of waltz exercises on the balance ability of middle-aged and older adults. The objective of the study was to assess whether waltz exercises could improve the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people, and also to provide more leisurely exercise options for middle-aged and elderly people in order to enhance their physical fitness. In this study, literature method, field questionnaire method, experimental method and mathematical analysis method were used to conduct experimental analysis on 40 middle-aged and elderly people aged 50 to 65 years old who had no regular exercise in Shunjiang District,Pidu District,Chengdu. In this paper, the 40 middle-aged and elderly people were randomly grouped and divided into experimental group and control group, firstly,a static balance ability test and dynamic balance ability test were conducted for both groups, and then the two groups were tested at the end of the experiment, mainly comparing the differences between the pre and post test results of each index, and the balance ability of the control group was analyzed and summarized. The main analysis of the differences between the pre and post test results of static balance and dynamic balance was to analyze the effect of waltz exercise on the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people from two perspectives: the effect of waltz exercise on the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people and the physiological perspective used in the exercise process. The results of the experiment showed that after 12 weeks of waltz practice, the middle-aged and elderly people in the experimental group showed significant differences in several indicators of balance, including dynamic balance indicators and static balance indicators, while the middle-aged and elderly people in the control group who did not participate in waltz practice only showed some differences in individual balance indicator.Comprehensive analysis of the results shows that waltz practice can improve the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people... |
