A Study On The Participation Of Social Work In The Innovative Development Of Minority Excellent Traditional Culture

The excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities is the sum of spiritual and material wealth accumulated from the long-term development of ethnic areas.The excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of China.To inherit the fine traditional culture of China and strengthen cultural confidence,we must inherit the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities.Culture is not static,and the culture of any nation will constantly change with the development of The Times.Therefore,the development of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities can be full of vitality forever only by adhering to the characteristics of The Times,adapting to the changes of The Times and innovating on the basis of preserving the connotation of the excellent traditional culture.This study selected S Village of Liannan Yao Autonomous County as a case study,and collected field materials through field observation and in-depth interview.On the basis of collating relevant literature,using interview method,case study method and other methods,based on regional development model theory and advantage perspective theory,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work’s intervention in the innovative development of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,and analyzes the current situation of innovative development of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities in S village and the advantages of social work intervention.After that,the practice process of S social work service station’s involvement in the innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities in S Village of Liannan Yao Autonomous County is discussed,and the difficulties and reasons limiting its role are revealed.On this basis,the optimization path of social work’s involvement in the innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities is proposed.According to the research,S social work service station takes culture as the entry point and carries out a series of practical activities centering on the mining of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,incubating the self-organization of community culture,building community cultural station and community school,and initiating festival performances.It has formed practical experience in giving full play to the advantages of social work,making full use of community resources,striving to obtain the support of multiple subjects,and actively designing various forms of activities.The study also found that the current S social work service station is involved in the innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the process of legal status,low visibility constraints,limited access to resources,professional ability lag and other practical difficulties.These practical dilemmas are caused by the lack of social work legal system,the lack of service brand construction,the limited access to resources,the slack of professional personnel and other reasons.Therefore,in order to promote social work to play a better role in the innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,we must improve the system and strengthen the legal status identity;Increase brand building,improve the popularity of social work station;Expand fund raising,enhance the hematopoietic function of institutions;Strengthen personnel training and improve the professional level of social workers.
