In the youth stage,art learning can stimulate children’s strong learning interest.Parents can cultivate children’s interest and improve their artistic level by letting them participate in art training.The support of national policies and strong market demand have brought great opportunities to the children’s art training industry.However,with the vigorous development of training institutions,it has also brought increasingly fierce market competition in the industry.This article takes F training institutions as the main research object,conducts field investigations on different brands of children’s art training institutions,collects and consults relevant literature,and analyzes the development status of F training institutions using service marketing theory and other marketing theoretical models.In the analysis and investigation,it was found that the marketing strategy of F training institution has the following problems:the single curriculum format can no longer meet the actual needs of current students;The pricing system and promotion methods are outdated,and the ability to expand new students is insufficient;The high turnover of marketing personnel is not conducive to maintaining relationships between new and old students;The tangible display is limited to a unified standard mode and lacks its own characteristics;Lack of post class maintenance in process management.In response to the above issues,this article uses statistical methods and survey data to improve service marketing strategies from multiple aspects such as market positioning,product strategy,price strategy,channel and promotion strategy,personnel management,tangible display,and process management.These strategic improvements are committed to helping F training institutions achieve long-term sustainable development,and for the development of small and medium-sized children’s art training institutions,It also has certain guiding significance.
