Analysis Of The Singing Characteristics Of Ancient Poetry,Artistic Songs,and Contemporary Artistic Songs

Art songs are a very common genre in vocal art.Both ancient poetry and contemporary art songs belong to the dazzling starry sky of Chinese art songs.However,the beauty of art in different themes is different,so they each shine with different lights.At present,the research focus of Professional degree mostly focuses on the singing analysis of ancient poetry art songs or contemporary art songs,and there are few comparative analysis of two types of works.This article starts with four ancient poetry art songs and two contemporary art songs performed in the master’s concert,and studies the characteristics of these two types of art songs through concept definition,poetry analysis,and singing analysis.It is hoped that through the analysis and summary of these theories,one can guide and improve one’s artistic practice ability.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part defines the concepts of ancient poetry,artistic songs,and contemporary artistic songs as the basis for the theoretical research of the paper.The second part is the key part of this paper,which elaborates in detail on the natural artistic conception beauty of ancient poetry,artistic songs,the connotation beauty of complexity in simplicity,and the humanistic beauty of contemporary art songs that directly express one’s emotions.A solid analysis of poetry and singing provides a rich emotional basis for the interpretation of some music in the concert and the writing of the paper.The third part analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of ancient poetry,artistic songs,and contemporary artistic songs through theoretical research and the singing of two types of works in master’s concerts.The fourth part proposes two improvement strategies for the performance of art songs based on the theoretical research and practice of the first three parts,in order to promote the deeper development of Chinese art songs.
