Secondary vocational students are in adolescence, which is a period of high incidence of risk-taking behavior.According to the severity of risk-taking behavior and society’s acceptability of risk-taking consequences,risk-taking behavior is divided into two types: positive risk-taking behavior and negative risk-taking behavior. The risk-taking behaviors of secondary vocational students referred to in this article refer to negative risk-taking behaviors or behavioral tendencies such as smoking, drinking, drug use, exam cheating, and unsafe sexual behavior.Such behaviors will not only have a negative impact on the cognitive function and physical function of secondary vocational students, but even endanger the people around them and pose a certain threat to social security. Both the problem behavior theory and the two-system model show that risk-taking behavior arises from the combined effect of multiple environments.Family environment, peer interaction, social environment, and individual factors are all important factors affecting the behavior and development of middle school vocational students.Studying how family, peers and individuals interact with each other has a significant impact on the emergence and development of risk-taking behavior of middle school students. In the past, the research on the influencing factors of risk-taking behavior mainly focused on a single factor of family or peers, and there was a lack of research on the synergy of the three-way factors of middle-career students themselves and their parents and peers,so the parent-child attachment,self-control,and deviant peer interaction of middle-career students were also included in the research on the influence mechanism of risk-taking behavior, hoping to enrich the relevant research on the field of risk-taking behavior and provide feasible suggestions for students’ home-school co-education.In this study, the Parent-Child Attachment Scale,Self-Control Scale,Deviant Peer Interaction Questionnaire and Risky Behavior Scale were used to investigate the parent-child attachment(father-son attachment,mother-child attachment),self-control,deviant peer interaction and risk-taking behavior of middle school vocational students, and 1334 valid questionnaires were obtained.SPSS26.0 software was used to perform descriptive statistics,Harman one-way test, independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression analysis, and chain mediation effect test by using the Process3.3 plug-in of SPSS26.0 software. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The parent-child attachment(father-child attachment and mother-child attachment)and self-control of middle vocational students are at the upper middle level, and the level of deviant peer interaction and risky behavior is low.(2)There were significant differences in demographic variables(gender, grade, family residence, single parenthood, father’s education level, mother’s education level)among secondary vocational students in parent-child attachment(father-child attachment and mother-child attachment).(3)Parent-child attachment(father-child attachment,mother-child attachment),self-control,deviant peer interaction, and risk-taking behavior were significantly correlated.(4)Parent-child attachment(father-son attachment,mother-child attachment)can positively predict self-control of middle vocational students,self-control can negatively predict the risky behavior of middle vocational students, and self-control plays a mediating role between parent-child attachment(father-child attachment,mother-child attachment)and middle vocational students’ risk-taking behavior.(5)Parent-child attachment(father-son attachment,mother-child attachment)can negatively predict the deviant peer interaction of middle vocational students, deviant peer communication can positively predict the risky behavior of middle vocational students, and deviant peer interaction plays a mediating role between parent-child attachment(father-child attachment,mother-child attachment)and middle vocational students’ risky behavior.(6)Self-control negatively predicts deviant peer interaction, and self-control plays a chain mediating role in deviant peer interaction between parent-child attachment(father-son attachment,mother-child attachment)and the risk-taking behavior of middle school students. |
