Research On The Creation Of Rural Documentary

In the new era context,great changes have taken place in China’s rural areas.As an organic part of the countryside,the new development and changes of island fishing villages have also promoted the stability and prosperity of the whole rural society."See the mountains,see the water,and remember homesickness" has also become the development goal of many island fishing villages in the tide of ecological civilization construction,Therefore,the documentary reflecting the island’s new fishing village is also an important part of the documentary about the countryside.In the country documentaries,Although the countryside is still the fundamental place of Chinese society,new features have emerged in rural construction and rural appearance in the new era.More and more documentaries begin to re-examine the social significance and aesthetic connotation of rural culture.The creators use documentary images to preserve rural landscape,witness rural construction from a unique perspective,and fully display the cultural charm of rural documentaries.This paper uses the literature research method,case analysis method,field work method,combined with the relevant creative works and the author’s graduation creation "East Island Master",to explore and analyze the creative research of the rural theme documentary.This paper is divided into four chapters as a whole.The first chapter defines the concept of "rural theme documentary",and on this basis,combs and analyzes the changes in the creation of rural theme documentary.The second chapter,supported by the rural documentary works,discusses the focus of the rural documentary from three aspects: the true record of the rural environment,the typical choice of rural characters and the persistence and inheritance of local culture.At the same time,the documentary text will be placed in the perspective of humanities and social sciences to interpret the practical significance of rural theme documentaries when conducting creative research.The third chapter explains the subtle use of audio-visual language in the rural documentary from the perspective of image use.From four representative forms of expression,namely,long lens,composition,light and color,and sound language aspects,this paragraph discusses their role in the creation of rural documentary in combination with typical documentary.The fourth chapter starts from the level of narrative expression,and analyzes its civilian perspective,linear structure,and display narrative from three perspectives combined with relevant works.I hope this paper can provide some theoretical bases for the creation of rural documentary,and provide more inspirations for the research of related documentary.
