| Harbin Songguang Hutong,located in the Daowai District of Harbin,is a through-type courtyard connecting the North Third Street and the North Fourth Street in the Daowai District of Harbin.It is located near the north side of the "Songguang Cinema",so it is named.Outside the old road is the other side of Harbin’s bustling city.From the earliest busy traffic to the present mottled vicissitudes,the development of Harbin can be seen everywhere in the streets outside the old road.Songguang Hutong building complex is a rare "patio" type Hutong in the whole Daowai District.It is about 70 meters long and 4 meters wide.It belongs to a typical "Chinese Baroque" type building with a history of more than 100 years.There are many types and functions of Chinese Baroque architecture,but the buildings around Songguang Hutong have unique structure and architectural features in Chinese Baroque architecture,plus its special glorious history and the practical function of once beautiful scenery,which has high academic research value.In 2020,Songguang Hutong was hit by a fire,which severely damaged the entire building complex and severely damaged the building structure in some areas.Although the management department has closed the Songguang Hutong and the surrounding buildings after the fire,some important structures of the buildings have been missing,causing irreparable injuries.Obviously,the protection,development and reuse of the Songguang Hutong complex and related research work need to be put on the agenda and need to be further promoted.After many amendments,the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics was officially promulgated in 2007,which also clarified the protection provisions for ancient buildings with historical and cultural value.Therefore,the exploration of the historical and cultural heritage and artistic value of Songguang Hutong is particularly important today and cannot be delayed.This article starts with the "Chinese Baroque" architecture,first of all,it carries out an academic review of its historical context and development path,and then from the perspective of social and historical values and people’s emotional values;From three aspects of academic research value,this paper expounds the significance of studying the artistic characteristics and cultural implications of the Songguang Hutong architectural complex,and sets up research methods and research framework.At the same time,determine the research scope of the Songguang Hutong architectural complex,explore its past and present life,analyze the complex reasons for its historical and cultural context formation from the aspects of the cold regional climate factors,the changes in the identity of residents,and the changes in the public’s new demand for building functions,and lay a foundation for promoting research.At the same time,further explain the current situation of the Songguang Hutong building complex on the basis of field investigation,and analyze its distinctive artistic characteristics,especially the facade decoration patterns of the Songguang Hutong building complex,and make a detailed and in-depth analysis to prepare for academic argument.On the basis of the above work,the cultural implication and artistic value of the Songguang Hutong architectural complex are studied in depth.At the same time,under the framework of the National Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics,study the necessity of its protection and put forward constructive suggestions for its protection and reuse.The Songguang Hutong building complex has been designated within the scope of the "Chinese Baroque" building protection zone.At the time of the author’s research,the third phase of the reconstruction of the Chinese Baroque historical and cultural block has been carried out in an orderly manner,and the residents and merchants of the Songguang Hutong building group have all moved away.Of course,transformation and protection is not only a technical issue,but also an extremely important part of the transformation project.At such a time node,the research in this paper hopes to provide a new perspective for the protection and reuse of Harbin’s historical and old buildings. |
