| Wireless sensor networks have been widely used in agriculture,medical health,traffic management and other fields.In some special cases,such as in the field of medical health,there is a need for continuous and long-term monitoring of goals.The complete target coverage problem is to solve this kind of problem and ensure that any target scattered in the wireless sensor network is monitored by sensor nodes in the life cycle of the wireless sensor network.Long-term monitoring targets require sensor nodes to consume a lot of energy,which contradicts the limited energy of sensor nodes.In order to extend the life of wireless sensor networks,researchers use some low-power technologies such as low-power RF technology,node sleep,and data compression.These technologies only extend the life of the network.Due to the strong maneuverability and convenient deployment of UAV,this paper uses UAV to achieve complete target coverage.This paper mainly studies the problem of using UAV to achieve full coverage of the target.Compared with traditional wireless sensor networks,UAVs have good properties such as flexibility,scalability,and mobility.UAV-based wireless sensor networks are widely used in agriculture,environmental monitoring,disaster relief and other fields.Firstly,this paper proposes the optimal hovering point problem of UAVs for fast coverage of targets.Secondly,in order to achieve complete target coverage,this paper proposes a complete target coverage method for covering the target through UAV relay.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Solve the hovering point problem of UAV target coverage.The hovering problem of UAV involves hovering and monitoring the specific location of the target,while minimizing energy consumption to extend the monitoring time.This paper solves the optimal hovering problem of UAV covering single target and multi-target.(2)The coverage method of using UAV to achieve full coverage of targets is studied.In traditional WSNs,the network service life is limited due to the insufficient energy of network nodes,so that the target full coverage cannot be achieved.This paper proposes a permanent full coverage method to achieve the target through multi-UAV coordination and relay. |
