| At the environment that many countries developing industry,the traditional energy meet the influence of energy depletion and unfriendly to the environment,all countries developing the new energy will be the theme in the future.At present,the development and utilization of new energy are at the start of low efficiency,the renewable energy sources are showing its great potential,especially the acquisition and utilization of solar energy can make no pollution,so this energy is friendly to the environment and lowcarbon.To improving the using efficiency of solar energy,to make more useful energy from the photothermal conversion,this paper based on the traditional CPC,proposed the asymmetrical CPC with circular absorber to improve the efficiency of traditional CPC,and used C programming language build the model of this CPC.In addition,to make the verification of our model great,we set up the experiment platform in the outdoor environment,and made the comparison of the data,the research methodology of this paper can provide the reference for industry and relevant scientific research people.The main researching is listed:(1)Proposed the research of the asymmetrical CPC with circular absorber(A-CPC)based on the edge light principle,and built the visualization laser experiment to make the experimental verification of the model,to produced the result that the concentrating characteristic of A-CPC model is right.In addition,using the Monte Carlo ray tracing method and program calculation,we acquired the optical efficiency,energy distribution,energy peak and the radiation can absorbed of our model.(2)The acceptance angle of A-CPC we designed respectively promoted 49.3° and12.6°,reaching to the 56° and 69°,the beam radiation that can be absorbed increased from 10.02 h to 10.82 h,this can make A-CPC system can be more adaptative to the changeable and complex weather,so it can make the maximum of all radiation can be absorbed,then the efficiency of the system can be improved.In addition,the A-CPC that this paper designed can lower center of gravity,the height of A-CPC less than half of the traditional CPC,this can improve the stability of the system,and more friendly to the industry application and reliability,moreover the concentrating area per unit aperture surface can decrease 37.7%,so the cost of production can be greatly decreased,thus showing the great economy and utilization potentiality of A-CPC.(3)According to the law of conservation of energy,and make the A-CPC system output analysis,we made the photothermal conversion model of our system.Then using the C programming language,we acquired the arithmetic solution of our model.At the same time we set up the experiment platform to get the experimental data,the result showed that the maximum of relative error for the output temperature is 14.9%,so the model we built can be identical to the actual situation in the stable weather conditions.(4)According to the result of photothermal conversion of A-CPC system,the experiment in the sunny and breezy environment showed that the theoretical efficiency can reached to the maximum of 70.8% and the average efficiency reached to 64.9%,the average relative error was 2.14%.This showed that the relative error within the accepted range,the calculated value of our model can be identical to the experimental value,thus further verified the feasibility of A-CPC system. |
