| The strong reproductive and migratory ability of Aphis gossypii Glover has directly or indirectly caused great damage to agricultural production in China.At present,the mainstream chemical control has made A.gossypii Glover resistant in many regions.As an environmentally friendly green bio-fertilizer in recent years,vegetable fermentation can not only promote crop growth and development,increase crop resistance,but also play a certain role in the prevention and control of crop diseases and insect pests.In this experiment,the effects of fermentation both on the growth and development of A.gossypii Glover and its host plant cucumber were determined by controlling the fermentation conditions of vegetable fermentation.The toxicity,repellent,efficacy test and population dynamics of A.gossypii Glovers were studied and the growth indexes of cucumber plants were measured during the growth period.The following results were obtained :(1)Self-made vegetable fermentation with different fermentation conditions have certain toxic effects on A.gossypii Glover,but the effects are different.Among them,the fermentation B diluted 10 times was sprayed on the A.gossypii Glover,and the corrected mortality rate was 55 % at 72 h.The fermentation A diluted by 10 times was sprayed on the A.gossypii Glover,and the corrected mortality rate was 49 % at 72 h.The fermentation C diluted 10 times had a poor toxic effect on the A.gossypii Glover,and the corrected mortality rate was only 31 % at 72 h.(2)The self-made fermentation with different fermentation conditions could produce a certain repellent effect on A.gossypii Glover,but the repellent effect was not significant.The repellent effect decreased with the prolongation of time,and the higher the fermentation concentration,the better the repellent effect was detected.The repellent rate of fermentation B diluted by 10 times to A.gossypii Glover for 2 h was 46.9 %.With the increase of dilution times,fermentation A had an attractive effect on A.gossypii Glover at a specific time period.(3)Three groups of self-made fermentations with different fermentation conditions can slow down the growth trend of the number of A.gossypii Glovers and have a certain control effect on A.gossypii Glovers.Among them,the spraying fermentation B diluted by 100 times and the fermentation C diluted by 500 times reached the maximum control effect on the 5th day,which were 66.2 % and 80.6 %,respectively.The fermentation A diluted by 250 times reached the maximum control effect on the 7th day,which was 73.4 %.(4)Fermentation C had a significant inhibitory effect on the number of nymphs,while fermentation B had a better inhibitory effect on the population of A.gossypii Glovers than fermentation A.(5)The self-made fermentation under different fermentation conditions could increase the chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of cucumber plants;among them,fermentation C could significantly increase the dry weight and fresh weight of cucumber plants.Spraying fermentation B increased the root-shoot ratio of cucumber plants by about44.4 % compared with CK group.(6)Spraying fermentation C was beneficial to improve the SOD activity of cucumber plants,but spraying fermentation A inhibited the SOD,POD and CAT activity of cucumber plants to a certain extent,which was not conductive to enhancing the stress resistance of cucumber plants.In summary,the self-made fermentation with different fermentation conditions as biological fertilizers can effectively promote the growth of crops,enhance the resistance of crops to pests and diseases,and enhance the stress resistance of crops.At the same time,the high concentration of self-made vegetable fermentation can produce certain toxic and repellent effects on A.gossypii Glover in the short term,which provides a new prospective for the development of pesticide and fertilizer reagents. |
