| The tea industry is one of the 12 key characteristic industries in Guizhou Province and plays an important role in poverty alleviation efforts.Tea gardens in Guizhou are mostly distributed in hilly areas,with many slopes and uneven rows.The existing weeding machinery is not suitable for weeding tea gardens in hilly areas,and often uses gasoline or diesel engines as power sources,causing oil smoke pollution to tea leaves.In response to these issues,this article designs an electric weeding machine to adapt to the weeding operation between rows in tea gardens in Guizhou,reduce the workload of tea farmers,and reduce the oil smoke pollution of tea leaves.The specific research work carried out in the paper is as follows:(1)Shear test on common weeds in tea gardens in Guizhou region.The shear characteristics of different types of weeds,different growth stages of the same type of weed,and different plant numbers were studied,providing a theoretical basis for the design of weed control mechanisms.The experimental results show that the average shear forces of Artemisia argyi and Pomegranate are not significantly different,but both are greater than the average shear forces of Matangcao.The larger the diameter of the weed,the greater the shear force,and the shear force increases superlinearly with the number of plants.(2)Design of the overall structure of the weeding machine.The focus was on designing an independent front wheel suspension mechanism to adapt to the uneven terrain between tea gardens in Guizhou.In addition,the weeding mechanism,the lifting mechanism of the weeding mechanism,and the rear wheel drive mechanism have also been designed to meet the requirements of weeding operations.After calculation,the total power consumed by the weeding machine during uniform upward walking and weeding operations in a tea garden with a longitudinal slope of 35 ° is 1.816 k W.(3)Simulation analysis of the key structure motion of the weeding machine.Use ADAMS to analyze the motion process of weeding tools,analyze the cutting of weeds by weeding tools,and analyze the obstacle crossing performance of the entire machine.The actual motion track of each point on the weeding blade is trochoid,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis;In ADAMS,a geometric method is used to self generate a flexible body model to replace weeds.When the motion speed of the weeding machine is 1.5m/s and the speed of the weeding tool is 900r/min,the forces acting on the weeds in three directions are 300.13 N,-1.34 N,and-474.81 N,respectively;We selected common protruding and concave obstacles between tea garden rows for simulation,and the results showed that the suspension mechanism had a significant effect on maintaining the stability of the entire machine when the lawn mower walked between tea garden rows,verifying the rationality of the suspension mechanism design.(4)Analysis of Slope Stability of Weeding Machines.A study was conducted on the slope stability of a herbicide machine under three conditions: longitudinal uphill,longitudinal downhill,and transverse slope,using the ultimate tilt angle as an indicator to measure slope stability.The simulation analysis shows that the ultimate tipping angles under three conditions are 49.7 °,43.8 °,and 46.4 °,which are similar to theoretical calculations and meet the design requirements.(5)Based on the mechanical structure of the designed weeding machine,the control system of the electric weeding machine was designed,including hardware and software design.The hardware design includes the selection of PLC,touch screen,motor.The software design mainly involves selecting ladder diagram for PLC program design,and ultimately completing programming and debugging.Simulink simulation analysis was also conducted,including the simulation analysis of the weeding motor and the simulation analysis of the quarter suspension structure of the weeding machine.The results show that the stable speed of the weeding motor is 1500r/min,which is consistent with the rated speed of the set weeding machine.The displacement curve of the weeding locomotive body quickly coincides with the ground excitation curve,proving that the stability of the weeding machine walking on the ground between tea gardens is good,further verifying the rationality of the suspension structure design of the weeding machine. |
