Background:In recent years,the number of patients with chronic kidney disease has increased significantly in China,and some patients have developed to End-Stage Renal Disease(ESRD),which has brought huge burdens to patients,their families and society.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and mature theoretical system for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.With the advancement of modern medicine and the further excavation and circulation of Chinese medicine theory,a large number of outstanding Chinese medicine nephrologists have emerged everywhere.The famous and senior Traditional Chinese medicine expert is the highest representative of the academic level of contemporary Traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical,teaching and scientific research work has accumulated rich clinical experience and formed a unique academic thought.Most of the famous and senior Traditional Chinese Medicine experts have passed the ancient age,and the old people are not in the minority.The academic thoughts and clinical experience of the famous and senior Traditional Chinese Medicine experts need to be further inherited and further developed.In the past ten years,qualitative research methods have gradually gained attention in clinical medical research.The Grounded Theory,Ethnographic Research,Narrative Research and Interview Methods advocated play an important role in many fields in the medical field,and are theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The research provides new ideas and methods.This study uses the Grounded Theory to conduct a preliminary study on Professor Lyu Renhe’s academic thoughts and literature works,and designs and conducts In-depth Interviews with Professor Lyu Renhe and his academic inheritors to explore Professor Lyu Renhe’s " Renal Minute Collaterals Remove Lump".The core elements of the theory.Objective:Using Grounded Theory,designing Interview steps based on the design process of the In-depth Interview
