Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome And The Rules Of TCM Medication For Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrom

Objective:To explore the the distribution regularity of the TCM syndrome types,the distribution and combination regularity of syndrome elements,and medication rule of acute respiratory distress syndrome ARDS.Methods:1.Literature research:From the literature database of China Knowledge Network,Wan fang,etc.,screen the literature on the syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment of ARDS from 1995 to 2019,(1)set up the syndrome database of ARDS,by using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the frequency and frequency of the syndrome types,the distribution characteristics of symptoms and syndrome elements.(2)to establish the TCM date,use the "Date Mining Analysis" function of "Ancient and Modern Medicine Cloud Platform software(V2.1.1)" to analyze the frequency of use of prescription and medicine,the tastes and belonged meridians of medicine,the association rules between medicines.2.Experts questionnaires:Refer to the characteristics of ARDS TCM syndromes in the existing literature,compile the "ARDS Common Questionnaire of TCM Syndrome Experts Questionnaire",and consult with more than 30 experts in the field of Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the field.The data of the questionnaire survey use Epidata 3.1 and SPSS20.0 software perform statistical analysis of the coefficient of variation,mean,and cumulative percentage of the common degree of syndromes.Results:1.The study on the distribution characteristics of syndromes included a total of 40 documents that met the standard.A total of 56 types of ARDS TCM syndromes appeared in the included literature.The top 5 according to the frequency of occurrence were phlegm-heat syndrome,intestinal fever syndrome,and fever.Toxicity of the lungs,embolism of heat of the lung,syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney qi,ARDS symptoms/signs frequency appeared in more than 2%were shortness of breath,irritability,red tongue,shortness of breath,yellow greasy fur,fever,chest tightness,cough,yellow sputum,sweating,29 syndromes were extracted,pathogenic syndromes 19,the top 5 in frequency are heat,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,phlegm,blood stasis,10 disease syndromes,the top 3 are lung,large intestine and kidney,the combination of syndromes is 4 Species,the combination of three syndromes and two syndromes occur most frequently,and the combination of lung,phlegm,and heat is the most frequent among all combinations.2.39 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a recovery rate of 78%.The common degree of ARDS TCM syndromes is the more common and very common cumulative percentage≥70%and the disease position syndromes with smaller expert opinions are lung,heart,and large intestine,and the disease syndromes are heat,qi deficiency,phlegm,and water.3.A total of 87 studies on the law of traditional Chinese medicine were included in the standard,45 prescriptions were used,105 drugs were used,the total frequency was 682,Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction was the most used,and the top 10 drugs were rhubarb and licorice.Citrus aurantium,melon,cassava,bitter almond,ephedra,baicalin,magnolia,peach kernel,gypsum,thenardite,high-frequency drugs are classified according to their efficacy as tonic deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs As well as medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly cold,warm and peaceful,the distribution of five flavors is mainly bitter,spicy and sweet,and the medicines are mainly in the lungs,spleen and stomach meridians.the results of the association rules show that the commonly used ARDS drug pairs are Fructus Aurantii-Rhubarb,Bitter Almond-Rhubarb,Melon-Rhubarb,Tillera-Rhubarb,Melon-Bitter Almond,Magnolia officinalis-Rhubarb,Magnolia officinalis,Fructus Aurantii,Glauber’s salt-Rhubarb,Gualou-gypsum,bitter almond-gypsum.Conclusion:1.Through literature research,it is initially clear that the common syndrome types of ARDS are phlegm-heat lung syndrome,intestinal heat syndrome,heat-toxic lung-closure syndrome,lung heat syndrome,lung-kidney deficiency syndrome.2.The literature research results of the characteristics of ARDS TCM syndromes are basically consistent with the results of the expert questionnaire survey.The pathological syndromes of this disease are mainly lung and large intestine,and the pathogenic syndromes are mainly heat,qi deficiency and phlegm.3.The most commonly used prescription for the treatment of ARDS in traditional Chinese medicine is Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction.Commonly used single medicines are rhubarb,licorice,citrus aurantium,melon,cassia,bitter almond,ephedra,baicalin,magnolia,peach kernel,gypsum,and thenardite.Commonly used medicines are tonic-deficiency medicine,heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-relieving cough and asthma medicine,and blood-activating and blood-stasis medicine.The common syndrome types and syndrome distribution characteristics of ARDS are consistent with the clinical medication rules.
