Analysis Of Infrared Thermal Imaging Characteristics Of Patients With Acne Vulgaris With Upper Heat And Lower Col

Objective: In this study,infrared thermal imagers were used to detect the surface area of patients with hot and cold acne and healthy subjects,and the two groups were compared with each other,Through comprehensive analysis,the significance of infrared thermal imaging technology in auxiliary clinical differentiation of hot and cold acne is explored,which provides an objective basis for the identification and treatment of diseases in Traditional Chinese medicine and provides a methodological study that can be used as a reference.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 60 participants were included in this study,of which 30 cases were diagnosed as patients with cold acne in traditional Chinese medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 in the dermatology clinic of Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangmen City,and 30 healthy volunteers were recruited.Infrared thermal imaging was carried out in the two groups of people,the basic data of the two groups were recorded,and the f ront and back maps of the subjects were collected,and the relative thermal difference of the visceral region(liver region,heart area,spleen area,lung area,kidney area)and the trifocal area(upper focus,middle focus,lower focus)was automatically l ocated and measured by the system.All data are entered into an EXCEL table,and the resulting data is analyzed using SPSS statistics software.Results:(1)The difference in the liver,heart,spleen and kidney regions in the upper heat and lower cold gro up was lower than that in the healthy group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the relative heat difference in the lung area in the upper heat and lower cold group was higher than that in the healthy group,and the difference w as statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The difference in the relative thermal state of the upper heat and lower cold group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05);the difference between the upper heat and lower cold group was lower than tha t of the healthy group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)From the analysis of the difference between the heat state in the trifocal area and the internal organ area,the infrared heat map of patients with upper heat and lower cold acne has certain characteristics,which roughly shows the form of thermal structure disorder of "upper heat and lower cold",while healthy subjects do not have this feature.(2)The change of features on the infrared thermal imaging chart of patients with upper heat and lo wer cold acne enriches the understanding of upper heat and lower cold acne,and provides a certain reference basis for the auxiliary diagnosis of upper heat and lower cold acne and the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
