Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Gastroparesis (phlegm-dampness Obstruction Syndrome) With Hezhong Xiaopi Decoctio

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Hezhong Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis patients with phlegm-dampness blocking syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients who met the diagnosis a nd inclusion criteria of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis were collected and number ed according to the order of visits,with 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given basic treatment plus oral mosapride citrate tablets.The treatment group was given basic treatment pl us oral administration and Hezhong Xiaopi Decoction.4 weeks of treatment.Afte r 1 course of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2-hour plasma glucose,glycohemogl obin,gastric emptying rate,TCM symptom scores and safety indicators were obs erved and recorded before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were recor ded.Finally,statistical software were used to analyze the results.Results:1.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,two-hour postprandial blood glucose,gastric emptying rate of the two groups of patients were higher than those before treatment All were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of glycated hemoglobin,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that neither group could improve glycated hemoglobin.2.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the treatment group was more effective in improving clinical symptoms(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Hezhong Xiaopi Decoction has a definite efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis with phlegm-dampness blocking syndrome.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,increase the gastric emptying rate,improve gastric motility,and regulate blood glucose.It has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
