Objective: This study intends to provide clinical data for the popularization and application of Modified Wuhu Decoction in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome by observing the clinical efficacy of Modified Wuhu Decoction on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae with phlegm-heat closing lung syndrome. Methods: This topic in 60 cases of phlegm heat closed lungs for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, the treatment group to flavored five tiger tonga azithromycin treatment, the control group with azithromycin treatment, the azithromycin injection treatment for five days,3 days a course of Chinese medicine, observed treatment for two period of treatment, followed up for 1 month. The scores of main symptoms, signs and other secondary symptoms in the two groups were recorded before and after treatment, and the changes of the scores of main symptoms, secondary syndrome, total score and total effective rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)Symptom analysis: According to the research results, both groups had therapeutic effects on the main symptoms and signs and secondary symptoms of MPP(p<0.05).In terms of main symptoms and signs, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving asthma, cough, phlegm congestion and pulmonary signs(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving fever(p>0.05).In terms of secondary symptoms, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving sleep(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving nasal congestion, runny nose, spirit, and diet(p>0.05).In terms of overall symptoms and signs, the overall improvement of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).(2)Curative effect analysis : According to the observation results, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.66 %,the total effective rate of the control group was86.66 %,P=0.001< 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. It can be considered that in the overall efficiency, there are differences between the treatment group and the control group, and the overall efficiency of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.(3)Adverse reactions: There were major adverse reactions in both groups during the observation process, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: Modified Wuhu Decoction has a good curative effect in the treatment of children with MPP phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome.Compared with the simple use of antibiotics, the symptoms and curative effects are significantly improved, and there are no obvious adverse reactions. It has good clinical application value.
