| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and changes of IL-4 and IL-12 in serum of psoriasis model mice treated with Yinxiaoping Pill.Methods: According to the random principle,a total of 48 experimental mice were randomly divided into blank control group(n=8),model control group(n=8),acitretin group(n=8),Yinxieping pill low dose group(n=8),Yinxieping pill middle dose group(n=8)and Yinxieping pill high dose group(n=8).The skin area of the back of the experimental mice was fully exposed and hair removal was carried out.The blank group was rubbed with white Vaseline once a day,and the remaining groups were rubbed with 5% imiquimod cream for 8 days.At the same time,the mice in the blank group and model control group were fed with normal saline once a day,and the other groups were fed with corresponding drugs every day for 8 days.24 hours after administration on the last day,the changes of back skin lesions of each group were observed and PASI score was given.The skin tissue of back lesions was taken for skin pathological tissue section treatment,and the content of IL-4 and IL-12 in blood samples after eyeball blood collection was detected by ELISA method.The data were analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)Compared with the blank group,the PASI scores of back lesions in the model control group,acitretin capsule group,Yinxieping pill high,middle and low dose groups were significantly increaseed(P < 0.05).Compared with the model control group,the PASI scores in the back lesions of mice in acitretin group,Yinxieping pill high,middle and low dose groups decreased in different degrees.(2)Compared with the model control group,the histopathological changes of the skin lesions on the back of the mice in the Yinxieping pill high,middle and low dose groups and acitretin group were alleviated in different degrees.(3)Compared with the blank control group,the expression level of IL-4 in serum of mice in Yinxieping pill high,middle and low dose groups,acitretin capsule group and model control group decreased significantly,while the expression level of IL-12 increased significantly(P< 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Compared with the model control group,the expression level of IL-4 in serum of mice in Yinxieping pill high,middle and low dose groups and acitretin group increased significantly,while the expression level of IL-12 decreased significantly,which indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)The skin lesion score of psoriasis model mice in Yinxiaoping pill group decreased significantly,suggesting that Yinxiaping pill can improve the state of psoriatic lesions to some extent.(2)Compared with the blank control group,the expression level of IL-4 in serum of mice in the model group decreased significantly,while the expression level of IL-12 increased significantly,suggesting that serum IL-4may inhibit the development of psoriasis to some extent,and IL-12 may play a promoting role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.(3)Yinxiaping Pill may treat psoriasis by increasing the expression level of IL-4 and decreasing the expression level of IL-12 in serum of psoriatic mice. |
