Clinical Efficacy Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined With Biofeedback In The Treatment Of Functional Anorectal Pain With Qi Sinking Syndrom

Object: To explore the clinical study of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback therapy on functional anorectal pain of collapse of middle Qi.Methods: 60 patients with functional anorectal pain of collapse of middle Qi in Anorectal Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group1,control group2 and treatment group.The control group1 was treated with biofeedback therapy,the control group2 was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and the treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback therapy,7 days as a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the effects of the three groups of patients were recorded and analyzed,and the TCM syndrome scores,VAS pain scores and pelvic floor surface EMG parameters of the patients of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of control group1 and the control group2(p < 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group1 and the control group2(p < 0.05);It was of statistical significance for the difference of the EMG parameters in pre-rest phase,rapid contraction phase,sustained contraction phase,endurance contraction and post-rest phase between the treatment group phase and control group1 and control group2 before and after treatment(p < 0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group1 was of statistical significance(p < 0.05).It was of statistical significance for the difference between the treatment group and the control group1 in the electromyographic parameters of the pre-rest phase,rapid contraction phase,sustained contraction phase endurance contraction phase and post-rest phase before and after treatment(p < 0.05).In the control group2,there was not of statistical significance for the difference of EMG parameters of pre-rest phase,rapid contraction phase,sustained contraction phase endurance contraction phase and post-rest phase before and after treatment(p > 0.05).Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback therapy had a good effect on functional anorectal pain with the syndrome of pectoral energy,which can effectively improve the syndrome of Chinese traditional medicine,reduce the pain of patients,improve the tension of pelvic floor muscle,and promote the contractility of pelvic floor muscle.
