Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Xiaoer Jiebiao Oral Liquid In Treating Influenza-like Cases (wind-heat Invading The Body's Defense System

Purpose:To compare the clinical efficacy of Xiao’er Jiebiao oral liquid and oseltamivir phosphate on influenza-like children(wind-heat violation of health syndrome),and to observe the safety of clinical application.Materials and methods: A randomized controlled trial design was used.It is planned to treat 72 cases of influenza or influenza-like symptoms in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and Benxi Manchu Autonomous County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Consortium)from October 2020 to March 2021 and from October 2021 to January 2022.The trial children were included,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1,which were the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given Xiao’er Jiebiao Oral Liquid,and the control group was given oseltamivir phosphate granules for a total of 5 days.The baseline characteristics,TCM syndrome score,CARIFS score and other related data were observed and recorded,and statistical analysis was performed at the end of the test.Result: A total of 72 clinical influenza-like cases were included in this study.During the trial,there were 3 cases of excluding dropout,the total dropout rate was 4.17%,and a total of69 cases were finally included.Basic situation analysis There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in all aspects,which can be compared.In the comparison of clinical recovery time,the analysis of Xiao’er Jiebiao Oral Liquid group in the experimental group showed that the median time was 7 days,and the analysis of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the control group showed that the median time was 6 days,and there was no statistical difference between the groups.Scientific significance(P>0.05),non-inferiority test Xiao’er Jiebiao Oral Liquid group was non-inferior to oseltamivir phosphate group.Comparison of CARIFS symptom dimension score AUC,CARIFS impact dimension score AUC on parents,CARIFS functional dimension score AUC,remission time of TCM single symptom(cough,sneezing,sweating),tongue pulse score,quality of life impact score comparison between the two groups showed no difference in results.It was statistically significant(P>0.05).Complete fever reduction time(median time of 30 hours in the experimental group and 18 hours in the control group),the efficacy of the total score of TCM syndromes,and the relief of individual symptoms of TCM(headache,sore throat,nasal congestion,runny nose,stool,and urination)There was a statistically significant difference in the results between the two groups(P<0.05).In the trial,there was 1 adverse event in the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse events was 2.94%;there were 2 adverse events in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was 5.71%;no complications,severe and critical diseases occurred,and the safety analysis of the two groups There was no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules,Xiao’er Jiebiao Oral Liquid is non-inferior in the treatment of influenza-like children(wind-heat violation of health syndrome),and it is more effective in improving the clinical symptoms of children such as headache,sore throat,nasal congestion,etc.It has a good effect and good safety in clinical application,and can provide a new,effective and safe medication option for the clinical treatment of influenza-like children(wind-heat violation of health syndrome).
