A Randomized Controlled Study Of Auricular Acupoint Pills Assisted With The Bushen Lipi Shugan Recipe In The Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Functio

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular pressure pill method in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve,renal deficiency,spleen deficiency,and liver depression.Methods Randomised,controlled trial methods were used.A total of 60 patients with decreased ovarian reserve(DOR)renal deficiency,spleen deficiency and liver depression who attended the Gynecology Clinic of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University in January 2022～December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine(dodder seed,mulberry parasitism,privet,ink lotus,chai hu,wine white peony,etc.),and the experimental group was treated with ear pressure pill method(ear point internal genital,subcortical,endocrine,kidney,liver,spleen point).Both groups were treated with 3 menstrual cycles.With AMH as the main observation index,and AFC,FSH and TCM syndrome scores as secondary observation indexes,the changes of AMH,AFC,FSH and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed.Results(1)AMH comparison:after treatment,the AMH level of the experimental group and the control group increased(P<0.05);the AMH improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)AFC comparison:after treatment,the AFC level of the experimental group and the control group increased(P<0.05);the improvement of AFC in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)FSH comparison:after treatment,there was no significant improvement in FSH levels in the experimental group and control group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between FSH improvement in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of the total score of TCM syndrome points:After treatment,the total score of medical syndrome points in the experimental group and the control group decreased(P<0.01),and the total score of medical syndrome points in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome points of each single item:after treatment,the scores of individual TCM syndromes in the experimental group and the control group decreased(P<0.05);the experimental group had no significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms in the seven individual TCM syndromes of early menstruation,late menstruation,menstrual flow,hot flashes and night sweats,dizziness,tinnitus,irritability and fatigue(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(6)Efficacy of TCM syndrome:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 86.67%;The total effective rate of medical symptoms in the control group was 66.67%.The efficacy of medical symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(7)Safety evaluation:before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram in the two groups;No adverse reactions such as ear point allergy and intolerance were found.Conclusion The ear pressure pill method assists in tonifying the kidney,spleen and liver therapy,and is clinically effective in the treatment of DOR kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,and liver depression.The combination of ear pressure pill method and kidney tonic spleen and liver supplement and simple kidney and spleen and liver supplement can improve the AMH and AFC levels of patients and improve their medical symptoms.Compared with the simple use of kidney tonic and spleen and liver therapy,the ear pressure pill method combined with kidney tonic and spleen and liver therapy can more effectively improve the AMH and AFC levels of patients and the medical symptoms of patients.
