| The current global epidemic continues to evolve,multinational outbreaks rebound,domestic outbreaks are more frequent.Hospitals are the frontier when the outbreak occurs,whether they can quickly respond to sudden outbreaks directly affect the safety and health of the people and medical personnel.Outpatient area as the largest flow of people in the hospital area,but also the need for patients in the process of consultation may occur cross-infection process for strict prevention and control,part of the work in a timely manner to adjust and optimize,so as to plan ahead,reduce the possibility of hospital infection in the outpatient area is particularly important.This paper first summarizes the harm and transmission path of the new crown epidemic,and summarizes and analyzes the relevant requirements and regulations of medical institutions in China under the epidemic.Then take Tianjin First Central Hospital as an example,the first central hospital in Tianjin City to carry out field research,get the hospital outpatient business period of patient arrival rate,a comprehensive description of its layout and department distribution,especially after the patient’s admission to the hospital to carry out a key analysis of the procedures.Then,using AnyLogic software,the simulation model of patient consultation process in Tianjin First Central Hospital was established,compared with the data of field research flow,and the simulation model was tested,and the results showed that the simulation model could simulate the patient consultation process of Tianjin First Central Hospital well,and the simulation model was real and effective.According to the relevant data reflected in the model,patients in the pre-screening triage,registration and drug collection will appear in line phenomenon,waiting time is longer at the time of waiting and examination,the round trip appears more serious,the average time of total patient stay in the hospital is 1h20 min,the above three points will increase the probability of cross-infection of patients with the virus when admitted to hospital,and the average number of hospital infections per hour is 140 people,the number of hospital infections is 23 people,the infection is more serious.Finally,the optimization scheme for patients under the outbreak of Tianjin First Central Hospital is proposed,the simulation model is modified,the patient’s overcrowding and infection situation are analyzed again,the congestion and queuing situation in the optimized consultation process is alleviated,the average stay time is less than 17 min,the average number of hospital infections per hour is reduced to 53 people,the average number of hospital infections is reduced to 4 people,the infection rate gradually slows down,indicating that the optimization scheme is feasible and the optimization effect is significant. |
