Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke, and then prove the advantages of eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture compared with body acupuncture, and provide reference for the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.Material and method: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia who were hospitalized in the Second Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups of patients were given routine treatment of neurological cerebrovascular disease and language rehabilitation training. On this basis, the experimental group was treated with eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture.Eye acupuncture points : bilateral spleen area, heart area, upper focal area, lower focal area;scalp acupuncture points : 2 / 5 of the anterior oblique line of bilateral parietal and temporal, anterior temporal line. The control group was treated with body acupuncture.Body acupuncture points :Lianquan,Neiguan,Tongli,Baihui,Zhaohai(Neiguan,Tongli,Zhaohai are bilateral). The treatment period of the trial plan was 4 weeks, five days a week, and two days off.The scores of Chinese aphasia battery test(ABC)and functional language communication ability test(CFCP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Baseline data : 60 patients before treatment in age, sex, course of disease, stroke type,ABC score,CFCP score were compared between groups,no statistical difference(P > 0.05),comparable.2.ABC scale score : After treatment, the scores of spontaneous conversation and naming in the two groups were improved, and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the scores of spontaneous conversation and naming in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the experimental group was better than the control group;there were significant differences between the two groups in retelling and understanding(P < 0.05),suggesting that the retelling ability and understanding ability of the two groups were improved after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).3.CFCP scale score : After treatment, the CFCP scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Total effective rate : After the course of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 73.33 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50 %,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.5.No adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion:1.The combination of eye acupuncture and scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture alone can effectively improve the language function of patients with motor aphasia after stroke.2.Eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is superior to body acupuncture in improving spontaneous conversation, naming,CFCP and clinical efficacy of patients with motor aphasia after stroke, which is worthy of promotion.
