Observation On The Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Improving The Nutritional Status Of Chemotherapy Patients And Analysis Of Medication Rule

Purpose: Observe the nutritional indicators of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with malignant tumours after chemotherapy(body mass index BMI,PG-SGA score,FAACT-A/CS appetite score),biochemical nutritional indicators(haemoglobin Hb,pre-albumin PA,albumin ALB),as well as TCM symptoms and quality of life(KPS scores)to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine on the nutritional status and quality of life of chemotherapy patients.And using the TCM Heritage Support Platform(V2.5)system to excavate the law of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the state of patients with malignant tumours,so as to provide reference for clinical use.Material and method:A retrospective analysis was used to collect patients with malignant tumors who were hospitalized in the Department of Oncology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine receiving only chemotherapy between March 2022 and October 2022 by searching the computerized medical record system and strictly following the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients who met the criteria were divided into 71 cases in the herbal treatment group and 23 cases in the control group according to a random number table.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group dialectically applied traditional Chinese medicine decoction based on the principle of correcting anti-cancer,strengthening the spleen and benefitting qi.Record the relevant symptoms,scale evaluation and biochemical indicators before treatment and after three consecutive chemotherapy cycles,Collating patient-related information to form data;And mine traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions through SPSS Statistics 21 and SPSS Modeller18.0 software to explore the group prescriptions.The application rule of compatibility.Results:1.Nutritional indicators(body mass index BMI,PG-SGA score,FAACT-A/CS appetite score)were significantly improved in the treated group compared to the control group after treatment and were statistically different(P<0.05).2.The biochemical nutritional indicators of haemoglobin(Hb)and pre-albumin(PA)in the treated group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the albumin(ALB)in the treated group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The functional status(KPS score)and TCM symptom score of the treated group improved significantly and statistically compared to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4.During the treatment,the patient did not see any obvious abnormalities in liver and kidney function,urine routine,electrocardiogram and other indicators,indicating that it was safe to apply traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy at the same time.5.The top five drugs are licorice,ginseng,Poiseum,Coix seed,and Chaihu,which are mainly used to soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen,benefiting qi and nourishing yin.It is mainly cold,warm,mild,bitter,sweet and spicy drugs,most often selected for spleen,lung and stomach meridian,followed by liver meridian drugs.6.From the association rules,it is concluded that the core drug is Prince Ginseng,and there are 7 related rules.The most commonly used drugs are roasted liquorice-Pore,Prince Ginseng-Pore,Prince Ginseng-Coix,Coix Ren-Coix,Prince Ginseng-Liquorice-Pore.The principle of compatibility is to strengthen the.7.According to the analysis of the top 30 traditional Chinese medicine menstrual factors,8 public factors can be obtained.Public factor 1 is a drug that relieves Shaoyang and regulates qi;public factor 2 is a medicine that harmonants Yingwei and nourishes yin;public factor 3 is a antipyretic and antidote;public factor 4 is a yin medicine that strengthen,spleen-strengthening and damping drugs;public factor 8 is a spleen-strengthening and damping medicine;through clustering analysis,it can be roughly divided into 7 groups of drug combinations,which are mainly beneficial to qi and spleen-strengthening drugs,tonifying yin,dissolving phlegm,digestion.Conclusion:1.Through traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the body quality,appetite and nutritional status of chemotherapy tumour patients,as well as the quality of life and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have been improved to varying degrees.The haemoglobin and prealbumin levels of patients have also increased to a certain extent,but there is no obvious effect on the increase of albumin levels.2.In improving the nutritional status of patients undergoing chemotherapy for malignant tumours,the most commonly used prescriptions are Chai Hu Long Bone Oyster Soup and Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi plus and minus.The treatment is based on strengthening the spleen and dampness,benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin,complemented by medicine to clear heat and detoxify,resolve phlegm and disperse knots,eliminate food,regulate Qi and resolve blood stasis.
