Professor Lu Bingjiu's Medication Rules And Efficacy Evaluation In The Treatment Of MAFLD Combined With Dyslipidemia Based On Data Mining

Purpose : In this study,clinical cases of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of metabolism-related fatty liver disease(MAFLD)complicated with dyslipidemia were collected,a database was established,and statistical analysis of Professor Lu Bingjiu’s medication in the treatment of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia was carried out through data mining technology,so as to explore Professor Lu Bingjiu’s academic thoughts in the treatment of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia.To analyze the rules of common drugs,drug pairs and combined drugs used by Professor Lu Bingjiu in the clinical treatment of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia,and better summarize the drug characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia.Material and method:The medical records of patients who met the inclusion criteria and were personally treated by Professor Lu Bingjiu in the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were collected and sorted out in a unified format.The medical records were statistically analyzed by WPS Office Excel 2021,IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and other software,and then the frequency of medication used by Doctor Lu in the treatment of MAFLD with dyslipidemia was analyzed.Drug association rule analysis and drug cluster analysis.Results:1.A total of 200 medical records were included in this study.In terms of gender distribution,males were more than females.In terms of age distribution,the majority are 45-55 years old and 55-65 years old.In previous studies,patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were more common.In the evaluation of curative effect,the total number of obvious and effective was more than 80%,so the evaluation of medication regularity was carried out.2.According to the drug analysis of 200 prescriptions,12 drugs with a frequency of more than 30% were commonly used in this study,which were tangerine peel,poria,atractylodes,alisma,atractylodes,Psyllium plantageae,hawthorn,cassia twig,sundried astragalus,magnolia officinalis,sundried licorice.According to the four Qi and five taste analysis of the drugs included in this study,the most frequently used drugs were warm and sweet;Return to the liver,spleen,stomach meridian.3.Possible drug pairs were discovered in the association of drug sets,and 7 significant and representative drug pairs and drug groups were summarized for analysis based on the manual analysis of Professor Lu Bingjiu’s clinical experience.The main ones are: Tangerine peel-big belly peel,Hawthorn-red Qu-lotus leaf,atractylodes atractylodes-White atractylodes,achyranthes bidentata-plantain seed,Poria cocos-Alisma,Angelica-sunburn Astragalus,Magnolia officinalis-Fructus aurantii.Cluster analysis obtained five groups of core prescriptions: the first group: bupleurum,Aurantium aurantium,magnolia officinalis,Tangerine peel,pinellia pectoralis,Radix xylosa,roasted licorice,Radix rhizome;The second group: Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Radix achyranthes Radix,Radix Rehmanniae radix Rehmanniae radix paeoniae radix;The third group: Radix pseudostellariae,Chinese yam,Rehmannia rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae,atractylodes atractylodes,Radix plantains,Coix seed;The fourth group: cassia branch,poria cocos,processed Astragalus and Angelica;The fifth group: Alisma alisma,cassia seed,lotus leaf,red yeast,Hawthorn,Salvia miltiorrhiza,big belly skin.Conclusion:1.This study analyzed the past history of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia by collecting cases,so as to find out the risk factors affecting the occurrence and development of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia,including obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperuricemia,etc.,so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and blocking the development of the disease.2.Through the analysis of Lu’s medication rules,it can be concluded that his treatment idea is mainly to adopt the method of strengthening the spleen and warming the Yang to strengthen the right,dispelling dampness and turbidizing to remove the evil.Warm and warm,warm Yang Qi to help phlegm wet fat turbidity out of the body,tonifying the spleen and Fuzheng to help the spleen healthy qi Yang qi filled.Drugs mainly go to the liver,spleen and stomach channels;the spleen and stomach occupy the middle coke and control the whole body;the liver mainly dregs the water and regulates the operation of the whole body Qi machinery;the qi movement can discharge the dampness evil with the pathway.The three viscera assist and coordinate each other.3.The prescription often includes Lingguizhugan Decoction,Xiaoyao Powder,Erchen Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Zecxie Decoction,etc.Lu Shi often applies syndrome differentiation according to clinical symptoms,or combines or recombines them,which reflects that Lu Shi’s treatment of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia is a very comprehensive and accurate treatment plan based on overall syndrome differentiation,Yin and Yang coordination,and both symptoms and root causes.It can provide a comprehensive and reliable reference for the clinical treatment of MAFLD complicated with dyslipidemia.
