| Purpose: By analyzing the clinical data and TCM constitution types of patients with pulmonary nodules,this paper discusses the TCM constitution distribution rules of patients with pulmonary nodules,with a view to providing ideas for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules,and based on data mining technology,probes into the medication rules of Professor Qunini in treating different types of pulmonary nodules,providing reference for clinical treatment of the disease and new drug research and development.Material and method: The data of patients with pulmonary nodules,including their general information,nodule characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,were collected from January 2022 to September 2022 in the outpatient clinic of Professor Qunini,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to the Napier standard,and the physical identification was carried out.Input the data into the Excel table,and use SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze the data.Summarize the general situation,nodule characteristics and TCM constitution distribution rules of patients with pulmonary nodules,and combine clinical professional knowledge to explore the academic thinking and medication rules of the tutor in treating different types of pulmonary nodules.Results:1.General information and nodule characteristics: A total of 379 cases were included,including 138 males and 241 females.The ratio of male to female was 1:1.9,and the average age was 55.60 ± 12.32 years.304 patients(80.3%)had multiple nodules;192 people(50.7%)located in the upper lobe of the lung;344 patients(90.8%)had pulmonary nodules with diameter<10mm;308 patients(81.3%)had ground-glass nodules;There were 23 cases of spicule sign.2.Distribution of constitution: Among all cases,the majority of constitution types are biased constitution,with 306 cases(80.8%)in total,which are: 69 cases of yang deficiency>65 cases of qi deficiency>60 cases of phlegm-dampness quality>51 cases of qi stagnation quality>23cases of yin deficiency quality>16 cases of damp-heat quality>15 cases of blood stasis quality>7 cases of intrinsic quality.There were differences in gender in the quality of peace,phlegm and dampness,qi deficiency and qi depression(P<0.05).There were differences in age distribution between Yang-deficiency and idiosyncratic quality(P<0.05).The statistical analysis results of the correlation between the 9 constitutions and the number,location,size and nature of nodules showed that all P values were>0.05,which was not statistically significant.3.Influencing factors of pulmonary nodules: Among the 6 possible influencing factors including gender,age,smoking history,chronic lung disease history,personal and family tumor history,and TCM constitution,the influence of patient age and smoking history on the number of nodules was statistically significant(P<0.05).Personal and family tumor history of patients had statistically significant effects on nodule nature(P<0.05).4.Professor Qu Nini believes that the weakness of the body is the fundamental cause of the onset of pulmonary nodules,and qi stagnation and phlegm stasis are the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules.The treatment of pulmonary nodules mainly includes six aspects:warming yang and dispersing cold,supplementing qi and strengthening spleen,regulating qi and resolving depression,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,nourishing yin and moistening the lung,detoxifying and suppressing cancer.The diagnosis and treatment model combines differentiation of body,disease,and dialectics,with the addition and subtraction of symptoms to improve clinical efficacy.Conclusion:1.In this study,there were more females than males with pulmonary nodules;Most of the patients were middle-aged and elderly.The nodules were mainly multiple,ground glass,less than 10 mm in diameter,located in the upper lobe of the lung,and the burr sign was less distributed.2.The TCM constitution types of patients with pulmonary nodules are mainly calm,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness and qi stagnation.The physical type of patients with pulmonary nodules has significant correlation with gender and age,but has no significant correlation with nodule characteristics(quantity,location,size,nature).3.The age and smoking history of patients with pulmonary nodules have influence on single or multiple nodules;The patient’s personal and family tumor history has an impact on the nature of the nodule.4.Professor Qu Nini believes that physical weakness is the fundamental cause of the onset of pulmonary nodules,and qi stagnation and phlegm stasis are the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules.The treatment of pulmonary nodules mainly includes six aspects:warming yang and dispersing cold,supplementing qi and strengthening spleen,regulating qi and resolving depression,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,nourishing yin and moistening the lung,detoxifying and suppressing cancer.Emphasis is placed on individual differences,and the combination of body differentiation,disease differentiation,and dialectics is used to improve clinical efficacy. |
