Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture Of Antagonistic Muscles With Burning Mountain Fire Technique In The Treatment Of Upper Limb Spastic Paralysis After Strok

Objective: To observe the clinical effections of mountain fire manipulation acupuncture on antagonistic muscle in the treatment of upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods: Forty patients with upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided int o treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic drugs,rehabilitation training and basic acupuncture treatment,among which basic acupuncture treatment refers to Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with burning mountain fire manipulation acupuncture antagonistic muscle,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture antagonistic muscle,once a day,6days as a course of treatment,with an interval of 1 day between courses,for 4consecutive courses of treatment.On the day of enrollment and the 28 th day of treatment,the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)was used to evaluate the degree of upper limb spasm,the simple upper limb Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)was used to evaluate the upper limb motor function,and the Barthel index(BI)was used to evaluate the daily living ability of patients,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results: 1.In terms of the degree of upper lim b spasticity,the MAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the MAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of upper limb motor function,the FMA scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the FMA score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of daily living ability,the BI scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the BI score of the treatment group was significantly higher t han that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of clinical efficacy,the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 30 % and the total effective rate was 85 %.The markedly effective rate of the control group was 5 % and the total effective rate was70 %.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: It is effective to treat upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke by acupuncture antagonistic muscle wi th mountain fire burning manipulation.It has more advantages than conventional acupuncture antagonistic muscle in improving the degree of upper limb spasm,motor function and daily living ability.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
